TheLordEmperor got a reaction from RVGDoj in What does this mean?In the first spoiler, Lspdfr reads and analyzes the xml file of the outfit. In lines 23, 31, 39, 64, etc., this corresponds to changes in the outfits of the police officer LSPD (The Cop).
Although these variants have names, these names are not in first position, so I guess that's the problem (I have the same, and we have names in the variants, so I guess that's the position)
I don't know why there is this warning in the second spoiler, but I have the same xD
The third spoiler is an error caused by a memory error, because a requested memory zone is already used or there is another problem that causes corruption. It seems to be a recurring problem because I also have it sometimes and don't know why. It arrives while loading the apartment
No worries, I'm sure the devs will fix it without problem. Leave them time !

So I just found a bug with some kind of armed pursuit call-out involving four suspects (I don't think it was an additional call-out pack, as I've searched them all for that call-out.) After chasing the vehicle and bringing the chase to an end two of the suspects pulled out handguns and pointed them at other npc police officers. The cop npcs also pulled out their guns.
However, despite pointing their guns at each other none of them fired any bullets at each other. It was only after I fired a bullet at one that one of them began shooting at me. The others cops didn't engage however. I then had to do the same with the second suspect, who was still stuck with their pistol aimed at another cop.

TheLordEmperor reacted to Vaskulis in Pursuit with 0 SuspectsOkay, so I'm attaching a log file with the following:
Starting on Line 735:
I let myself get hit by a vehicle and arrested the driver. When she was on the ground ready to be cuffed, I longpressed "b" to report the crime.
A pursuit was started and I could access the pursuit menu. I called in Transport and terminated the pursuit manually.
And then from Line 839 on:
I let myself get hit by another car, arrested the driver and reported the crime after putting on handcuffs. Now I'm stuck in the state described in the edit of my original post.
This is not particular to getting hit by a car. I've had the same thing happen in a variety of situations.
EDIT: Turns out the second one seems to be intended. When the suspect dies or gets transported off, it goes back to normal. The first one is weird though.

TheLordEmperor reacted to Sam in A list of what works and what doesn't with LSPDFR 0.4. Feel free to add.Just wanted to drop by and say thank you @Will Zoftrak for taking the initiative to make a list like this, and to keep it up to date. Really cool of you, and a great example for the rest of the community.

TheLordEmperor reacted to Sam in LSPDFR 0.4 - Now AvailableFirst time playing 0.4? Check out our new getting started guide for LSPDFR 0.4: https://www.lcpdfr.com/wiki/lspdfr/04/getting-started/
About a year ago, we announced the development of LSPDFR 0.4. We said it was big, and we said it was different, but I honestly don't think any of us quite imagined just how big and different it would turn out to be, nor how much of a challenge it would be to take the concepts and ideas that we had and turn them into reality.
Still, here we are. Thousands of changes later, we're here. Everyone on the team is delighted to announce the first public release of LSPDFR 0.4, available now.
LSPDFR 0.4 brings sweeping changes which have been implemented over a number of years, so much so that we're not able to provide full release notes. Instead, we've put together a number of resources, new to LSPDFR 0.4, including a 'wiki' and a collection of more in-depth guides.
Note as well that because of this - the sheer number of things that have changed - there will be issues. We've put over two months into testing 0.4, and we've made hundreds of fixes in this time. Still, there's undoubtedly going to be things that we've missed, or things that simply can't be tested in a controlled environment. This is a big release, and we wanted to do right by all of you by getting it out as soon as we can.
With that being said, I'll shut up now and let the mod speak for itself.

Note that we strongly recommend installing LSPDFR 0.4 for the first time on a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto V with no other mods or plugins.

TheLordEmperor reacted to MatteoMat01 in LSPDFR 0.4 - Coming February, 2019People, This is an important update, alright? They're working hard for us to release this update this month and as good as possible.

TheLordEmperor reacted to Brad Philips Townley in Rage Hook Fatal Error [SOLVED]Rage Hook is having some sort of fatal error (screenshot included). During loading, this Fatal Error message appears, and each plugin crashes after loading. After the plugin crashes, the game proceeds to freeze completely (can't access Task Manager or anything), requiring a forced shutdown of my PC. Because the game never actually loads completely, no log is generated.
Update: This issue has been solved. It was caused by an option in Rage to combat measures against DLC cars.

TheLordEmperor reacted to Alaura in LSPDFR 0.4 - Coming February, 2019Death to cats is bad, we need to arrest all these felons who kill innocent animoo's! We need the cats to hunt the mice and the mice to hunt the bugs and the bugs to hunt the microbes!

TheLordEmperor reacted to Sniper296 in LSPDFR 0.4 - Coming February, 2019Keep your discussion civil. Otherwise the death of cats will be the least of your worries in this topic.
I love how some people here think this site makes a profit from it's adverts. I doubt adding an advert between EVERY POST would make it profitable. If the site was making a profit, Sam wouldn't have to worry about smashing his laptop's screen, Cyan wouldn't have to buy such cheap wine, LMS would... actually, I dread to think, and us moderators would get paid.

TheLordEmperor reacted to ineseri in LSPDFR 0.4 - Coming February, 2019I mean, what we play isn't the release version. We're not playing it primarily for entertainment, we're playing to find bugs. We're testing all sorts of things one might conjure up to do in the mod plus a lot more, to make sure you guys have a bug-free experience.

TheLordEmperor reacted to Shockie in LSPDFR 0.4 - Coming February, 2019I think it is extremely negative of you to think that the staff are rubbing their hands together laughing at everyone getting frustrated, or for more traffic to be created. Instead the devs are hard at work trying to polish off this amazing update, so that when it is released it will be almost perfect, with extremely rare crashes or major bugs. This requires many hours from us testers, then from the devs to iron out any kinks that may be within the mod.
Things are being implemented that have not even been mentioned within any of the release posts that Sam has made. These features need to be thoroughly checked. LMS, Sam and Cyan do not do things half-arsed and only release something once it has been tested, checked and re-checked to ensure that you, the player base, have the best enjoyment from the mod.
There is no fixed release date as (if you ask many developers) anything can crop up at anytime, but trust me. Everyone is working their asses off this update to be released...
I hope this allows people to chill their beans

TheLordEmperor reacted to Nostrra in LSPDFR 0.4 - Coming February, 2019There's no fixed release date because there's likely work still being done, touchups etc. As has been mentioned by @Cyan users are more than welcome to wait it out for social media announcements. People choose to come to this website, if its a personal issue for you and you think you're being used for ad revenue, close the page 🙄
