you need ELS aka Emergency Lighting System 8.51 which you can download on this site. Then after that you can toggle the lights on and off.

what is your computer specs? maybe you need a better graphics card with a bigger video ram. when i played this game with my radeon 6450 graphics card, it was laggy, choppy, unbearable to play, even with enb for low end pcs never worked. so what i did was, i waited to get my gaming computer to get upgraded, so i went and bought a nvidia 1050 ti 8gb graphics card. And now i can play even the latest pc games that are released even this year.

i totally agree with you about this creation, i mean who really wants to download something thats not even remotely finished. if i was creating a map, i wouldnt released it until i had other modders, testers, creators, check it out themselves to see if anything needs upgrading, removed, or placed differently. creating maps takes a long time to do, i never had to, but i know for a fact that if someone wants to create a map, they should not release an early version if it crashed on the modder's computer. and just want to say, nothing changed a year and 3 months later.

sounds very clear to me, and i know this is old, but i am still playing gta 4. and i am going to use this siren, if you dont like it, then choose something different. there are hundreds of sirens to choose from.

why dont you shut up bitch, its his opinion. we all have a right to an opinion. everyone has a different taste in sirens, if they dont like it, thats their choice, saying its crap is a way of saying its not that good.
