If so, START OPEN IV, try installing it or replacing it with the stretch in C> Program Files(X86)> Steam > steamapps> common> Grand Theft Auto V > mods > x64e.rpf > vehicles.rpf> then click Edit mode, then either press S or right click on an empty space in vehicles.rpf, then press Add(should show a green color), then go to the downloaded Cadillac the beast file. Then select the downloaded file, after that press Ok and you'll have replaced the stretch limo with this one. Hope i don't get in crap for doing this just to help out someone or anyone who needs directions should see this comment. Or would there be a way to post this comment in a forum or on the main page to help those who still are having problems adding and replacing mods? And if anyone who is new to this, try installing cop vehicles in patchday19 under C> Program Files(X86) Steam>(if you didn't buy it from steam, then go to Rockstar Games folder, once in rockstar games folder, click Grand Theft Auto V, then mods> update> x64> dlcpacks> patchday19> dlc.rpf> then search for patchday19vehicles.rpf or just vehicles.rpf and add all police vehicles in there, same thing goes for ambulances, firetrucks) do this if you have bought it from steam. Just follow the first steps regarding steam> steamapps> common> Grand Theft Auto V> mods> update> x64> dlcpacks> patchday19> dlc.rpf> then search for vehicles.rpf in that folder. Youre all welcome.

Wow, last post I posted was September 17, 2017. Sucks I can't remember my old email address I used on my LtRayven account, also, love the side-runners, think i made a new word. And yes this is the same dude that had an old account with the username LtRayven, but I lost that account and probably got disabled. So I had to create a whole new email address, then had to create a new account on here but had no luck till a week ago or so, something about "Sorry you do not have permission to do that or to access this site".

I would rather not use els anymore, as it clashes with my siren mastery mod, and no point in using els, I really don't need to control my lights. All I care about is controlling my sirens just like in real life, but when i roleplay as a cop, i never record myself doing it. Because when I'm on duty, i never go by the book.

It seems whenever i edit my meta after updating the latest gta v patch, the game crashes. I follow the instructions in the zip folder to every extent, sucks cause of this new update, I'm going to downgrade to the previous update.

Looks awesome dawg, being from Canada, we hardly see mustang cop cars around. All I ever see are the ford fusions, apparently crown vics here are outdated, uh, chevy suburbans, and chevy silverados. The RCMP has those types, but if you look at the city cops, one city has unmarked crown vics, marked units such as Crown Vics, ERT(Emergency Response Team), would use the unmarked version of the Chevy Suburban, other marked units I guess would be the Fusion, Civilian Police Vehicles I've seen so far was the Dodge Journey, looked normal on the outside but on the inside a police vehicle driven by uniformed cops only, you don't ever see an undercover cop here in Canada driving an unmarked or marked cop car. Unless he is accompanied by another uniformed officer as a partner to not confuse drivers who get pulled over by unmarked cop cars. All I do is keep driving if being followed by an unmarked and I sometimes slow down to see if it is actually a cop car driven by a uniformed officer. The RCMP officers from where I live all know who I am and I know all of them, they are very friendly. Ok back to this file, I'll come back after testing it out, as I'll test the crap out of it. If you want with your permission if not that's totally fine by me, I could record a video of your sheriff mustang either while on patrol or in a police chase.

if i can make a request off of my review, if not, thats fine, im happy either way. if you can make a Chicago PD show pack, i'd be honored, but like i said if not then thats fine by me, and if there are other mods you have to do first, im in no hurry to wait.

Love everything about it, awesome details inside and outside, after watching Chicago PD I decided to download this, but noticed in the show that the Detectives are using Dodge vehicles. But regular police officers use fords, I mean the Intelligence Division of Chicago PD, what wouldnt that be C.I.D.P.D?

Well i personally dont agree with what others are saying about the lighting systems, i think regardless it looks like an epic vehicle.

every time i try to replace my vanilla riot vehicle with something like this or some other emergency vehicle, and i use the mods folder i created, and i disconnect from the internet so my game doesnt update. so when i launch the game with the new riot vehicle, and spawn the riot vehicle with a trainer, i get the vanilla one and not the one i replaced it with. im sure i aint the only one with that problem

wow sucks to be those who are having problems as i have no problems with this smart radio, since im using the latest version of rage plugin hook which is .57.

now those super speed freaks wont escape me, the problem tho is when having to stop at full force when they stop and book.

why not try downloading custom visuals or some kind of visual enhancement mod which is better than radiance v. go to audio and visual on this site and look for what you are trying to find.
