Zeakor wasn't bashing, i mean everyone has a right to say what they want without being insulting or mean or threatening. Everyone has a right to put their two cents in, their comment, their opinion, their feedback as to why this mod may look bad or what needs fixing. Putting a template in your discord for people to download it is not the right way to gather followers as Zeakor mentioned, not many people join Discord these days, it's almost like putting a paywall behind a model so you have to become a patreon in order to get said model. You two are jealous of Zeakor for what he has done for the community and the mods he created, has he ever put a template in his Discord server? No, has he ever forced anyone to join his Discord? Never for as long as I have followed him. And no I ain't sucking up to Zeakor, also do any of these moderators ask for anything out of return for their hard work? Some of them don't, but those who do ask, are just asking for a small donation that'll help them in the long run, help with their Zmodeler3 license. The more us downloaders support their work by downloading their mods, and showing them that we are appreciative just by giving them hints, clues, help, suggestions. In my pov, Zeakor was just suggesting to Powers that putting the template in your discord for whoever wants it is basically forcing them to get it that way. Next time you make a mod, maybe it wouldn't hurt putting the template in the downloaded file so people don't have to ask where is the template or have to join your discord just to get it. I understand if you put private models up in your Discord that you don't want to release to the public yet or decide to put a paywall behind them, that I can see.

SO FOR THOSE WHO STILL NEED HELP WITH THIS PLEASE FOLLOW THIS GUIDE; After downloading this mod, unzip it to where you keep your Downloads(7zip is the best), then open the folder that contains the mod file. Inside the folder you will see the mod's name with 3 or 4 openiv type files, vehiclename.yft, vehiclename_hi.yft, vehiclename.ytd and vehiclename+hi.ytd. So just rename those 3 or 4 to this; police3.yft, police3_hi.yft, police3.ytd and police3+hi.ytd. Now place them in the latest dlc patch(number 24 if you have it), should be like this whatever your drive letter is i.e. mine is D:Games/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday24ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/ <--- this is where all the 3 or 4 police3 files that you have in your downloaded mod folder. Just drag them and drop them or right click in the vehicles.rpf folder and select Add(green color). Then select the files, and it should now be inside the vehicles.rpf folder. Once that's done, then head back to the mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data folder, then select vehicles.meta, and right click to Edit it. Now go back to your downloaded mod folder and look for carvariations.ymt/meta, try opening that with Notepad if you can. If you did succeed, then you will see some words above <Item> <police3> now what you need to do here is this. Go back to the openiv carvariations and look for police 3, select the whole section of police 3 <Item> <police3>, but just the police 3 stuff and nothing else. Once you reach the end of the section of the police 3, be sure to stop selecting after </Item> has been selected. BE SURE TO CLICK SAVE FOR VEHICLES.META, CARVARIATIONS.YMT AND CARCOLS.YMT, otherwise the downloaded vehicle will not work. Should show something like this global something something else <Item> <police3> bunch of more lines </Item> After selecting it, delete it, now go to the vehicle mod folder, open the carvariations file with notepad, select all of the police 3 lines including <Item> and </Item>. Then right click it and select copy, after that head over to the openiv carvariations file, and see that small empty space something like this </Item> <Item> paste the copied police3 lines in this space </Item> <Item> Please be sure to save after you're done editing. Do the same for vehicles.meta which is located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5 there should be a vehicles.meta file there. Do the same thing as you did for carvariations, just delete the police 3 stuff only between <Item> and </Item>, then open the downloaded vehicles.meta file, select all the lines of police 3 between <Item> and </Item>, right click to copy. Then paste it into the openiv vehicles.meta and click save. Now for the carcols.meta/ymt downloaded file, do the same thing here, just copy from the downloaded folder between <Item> and </Item>, be sure to delete the necessary lines in carcols.ymt in openiv first, between <Item> and </Item>, then paste the copied lines from the downloaded carcols.ymt file. Then save the file, ignore any errors if it pops up, it still worked for me. If there is anything I missed, feel free to add to this comment. I really do hope this helps those in need.

Nah models should never have a paywall, it's like Rockstar, EA Games, Bethesda with Skyrim, all their microtransaction bullshit. Putting paywalls behind content is not and should not be part of creating vehicle mods for gta v or any other game. I understand if game companies will do it, but modders? I know one thing, I will never ever become a patreon just to buy a vehicle that costs between 30 bucks to maybe even 100 bucks for a full pack. I understand the modders need money and support to keep modelling, also for their programs that need licenses to be reactivated so they can keep on going, that I am ok with. But not the "buy my mod by becoming a patreon"(comes from the wordage of patriotism). For some of us who like downloading free stuff like vehicle mods are happy with that, but if and when we see a rare vehicle mod we really want to get but in order to do so we have to spend real money just to buy it. I would much rather buy a real vehicle with real money. That's my 2 cents.

Who literally would pay 35.99$ for a non-els version of this vehicle? I realise you need money to help buy models among other stuff, but releasing them should always remain free. Otherwise you're just as bad as rockstar, electronic arts with their paywalls aka microtransactions.

Apparently when i first saw someone made a version of the swat tv show charger, it was ELS and that was by wraith haven customs. But i couldn't believe my eyes that someone made a newer version a non-els version instead. Thanks dude.

I would love to download this as an add-on but i stopped using ELS as it stopped working for me and constantly crashed my game. I could try making them be non-els just by changing the metas. And i'm thinking it might be difficult to change these into non-els for those who don't use els?

You're not the only one i get that as well, it sucks as i have to install one downloaded vehicle dlc at a time, then start the game. Then save the vehicle using a trainer, then quit the game, and do it again.

I think I'm the only one who can't seem to find the model anywhere, i added the dlc text into dlc.xml 97lasd. And I also put the 97lasd folder into the mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Once I load up the game, and use e.n.t., I go to the emergency section of the vehicles section, I scroll from the beginning to the end with no such luck of finding it. I even entered the name manually but I got this error "Couldn't find/load such file", it's telling me it doesn't exist. Am I the only one that experiences this for this model, did i do anything wrong?

I can't even spawn the vehicle, I looked everywhere for it, the Emergency section of enhanced native trainer, Utility, Offroad even, also Commercial but nothing. Also when i add certain vehicles, their name shows up as Null.
