lspdfr only works in safe mode it has a black screen expect for radar i have copyed every setting

even in story it only works with safe mode

What mod do you have outside of RPH?

try uninstalling menyoo, and try again. A lot of people have issues with menyoo

If that doesn't do it make sure you don't have ENB or ReShade causing it

ok... i know a lot of people are having black screen problems just like you. Please try to uninstall menyoo. You did say you had ENB? This can also cause a black screen. i would try taking ENB and menyoo out and see if it fixes your issues. 🙂
