hey, I have a problem, I tried to solve it but I couldn't, namely that my lights on police cars do not have any occlusion around them, i.e. they are simply displayed on the lamps themselves without any additional effects, which is why there were not many of them during the day Can anyone recommend a mod, if any, that would make it look like this?

It sounds like you are experiencing dim lights. Perhaps something like Better Radiance is what you're looking for? 

And before installing it, make sure Shader Quality & PostFX in the GTAV graphic settings are 'High' or above.
