Hello, try reinstalling RAGE and LSPDFR. Do you edit and metas?

alrighty, do you edit any metas?  also what antivirus are you using? If your using one.

If the issue still persists see if you can load GTAV without RAGE and play story mode

Thanks for your suggestion, but I have removed all the plugins and will reinstall all the plugins. This will be another troublesome project...😂
