so some plugins that may be causing this, is LSPDFR+, Computer+ and wilderness callouts. I deleted all of those and got 20+ more FPS, Plus you don't really need lspdfr+ because you have StopThePed installed. i recommend using Compute lite found at this link:https://bejoijo256.wixsite.com/bejoijo Stop the ped has all the features as LSPDFR+ and includes more!

exactly, my pc has a 1500w corsair psu and my power draw is only 500w. This company is definitely shady i feel like they would be the type to make fake 5 star reviews for their own company lol. Any of my builds that people buy from me are not overpriced, has a good psu, well known companies, parts that act well together and i always include a SSD. yes it can i play american truck simulator myself and the gpu may be able to get 60fps in gta 5 if you do overclocking. You may be able to cancel the order.

honestly, i'm pretty sure you can fight it. You might be able to reach 40-50 fps in max settings in county (with mods) but in the city you may get 30fps or even 20

yes but not with 60FPS. if your CPU has Turbo Boost its a good idea to turn that on, as well as overclocking the GPU. The things that i saw that i personaly would change is the RAM, PSU, HDD to SSD and CPU. You may not be able to change it now, one question, how much did you pay for this?
