i see you are loading arrest manager from rage. arrest manager is a lspdfr plugin and should be installed in -plugins-LSPDFR folder

your PluginTimeoutThreshold please set it to 60000 in rage main settings window aka fist window

its in the log folder but you have to search for the newest one. it is also in the directory.

go to ASI Manager and uninstall ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI and then click install again to reinstall them then restart your pc and try loading into the game again and see if that works. do the lights flash as they would?

and you have the els config name named up to the same vehicle?

try another els vehicle

are your lights not bright or does the taillights and headlights turn on only in open iv do you have asi loader installed?

Els is a advanced hook plugin so you can’t reload it with the rage menu.
