Not necessarily. @T BradfordYour original crash was due to RAGENativeUI. Try installing this version. Put the dll and xml into the Main Directory. Additionally, remove Callout Manager, Fire Callouts, OJCallouts, and PoliceAI. They are all either outdated or have been known to cause problems.

You have the "Failed to retrieve D3D call in reasonable time" error. Here is the fix from the RPH Discord:

I implore you to try again. Go to the ELS download page. Select Download This File. Then select the top download for AdvancedHookV. Then open the download and move the AdvancedHookV file into the Main Directory. If after that, you get the same crash, send the ELS.log.

If the game is crashing when you press F4, that is an issue with ScriptHookV.NET. You can try this version. If that does not work, you cannot use ScriptHookV.NET or anything that requires it.

You should be able to just press Continue.

Are you saying that it doesn't spawn in when you try to spawn it or it crashes your game?
