If you rename mods to _mods, can you get RPH to launch?

According to this, the game doesn't even load. Rename mods to _mods and try again.

Could be a botched edited XML in that case. No way to tell unless I saw a log.

Most likely was a callout pack that you installed. I know that Ambient Events is one that does that.

Try adding the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install Newtonsoft.Json and restart PC. Then try again.

The crash was relating to PyroCommon. Re-install Super Callouts and try again. Additionally, you can try using this version of ScriptHookV.NET. If that does not work, you simply cannot use ScriptHookV.NET or anything that requires it.

Try the following steps: Step 1 Close your game. Step 2 Go into your RagePluginHook settings (hold Shift after launching RPH, or click the silver cog on the splash screen). Step 3 Go to the Plugins section. Step 4 Select the option to load no plugins on startup then save and launch. Step 5 Once you're in-game, press F4 > type ReloadAllPlugins. Go on duty as normal.

Best I can say is a botched uniform or config. Might want to revert any recent changes made.

If removing dinput8.dll fixes the issue, it won't show in their log. @Life Is FabiAdd dinput8.dll back. Have it crash. Then send the asiloader.log and ScriptHookV.log.

You had the "Processing cache while it's still in use" error. This is usually due to recently edited XMLs being incorrectly edited. Revert any recent changes made.

You can try using this version of PoliceSmartRadio. However, if that also causes crashes, simply remove it.
