So I heard back. You apparently cannot run ELS and SSLA together.

You can try using this version and see if that helps. If not, you simply cannot use ScriptHookV.NET or anything that requires it.

Just in File Explorer. The only stuff that should be done in OpenIV are accessing areas like rpfs that you cannot access in the File Explorer.

If the one I linked above does not work, then you cannot use ScriptHookV.NET as it seems to work/not work on a per user basis.

Remove SSLA. Repeat the process you did to make it crash and see if it crashes.

If renaming mods to _mods worked, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If those do not work, remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot figure the problem out, you will have to restart the mods folder.

If you rename mods to _mods, can you get RPH to launch?

According to this, the game doesn't even load. Rename mods to _mods and try again.

Could be a botched edited XML in that case. No way to tell unless I saw a log.

Most likely was a callout pack that you installed. I know that Ambient Events is one that does that.

You can re-install the Newtonsoft.JSON from here. Additionally, you need to move the following from Plugins to Plugins/LSPDFR: ALPRLite Compulite DynamicLSPDFR Kuchera Callouts StopThePed Super Callouts Ultimate Backup
