Add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then try again. If it crashes, send an updated log. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.

Add dinput8.dll back. Remove ScriptHookV.dll and try again.

Let's start with making sure ELS is actually running. Go in-game and spawn an ELS enabled car. Then press Ctrl + P. What happens?

One thing you could try is going into the lspdfr.ini and changing the following to reflect below: AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0 This gets rid of native ambient spawning for LSPDFR and may help. But it may also not spawn the vehicles for AmbientAICallouts unless the callout pack spawns its own. If you still get the crash after doing this, then you may be left with no choice but to remove AmbientAICallouts.

If renaming mods to _mods worked, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If those do not work, remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot figure the problem out, you will have to restart the mods folder. If doing step 1 did not help, you will need to follow steps 2 and 3.
