    Every time I try and load up rage plugin hook/LSPDFR it crashes when GTA starts loading. I've attached my log so if anyone can help thank you in advance RagePluginHook.log

    Yes I did place the .xml file into the Pack_default folder

    I went to use one of the new ELS cars I installed and when I pressed the buttons to activate the lights and sirens it doesn't do anything I tried reinstalling ELS, uninstalling and reinstalling the plugins in OpenIV and then restarting my computer, and I have installed the advanced hook fix and still nothing is working. Does anyone have a fix for this?
