Rage Plugin Hook Says Crashed But Game Works?
If renaming mods to _mods works, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that does not work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Crash that could be due to error in rage plugin hook or outside source
Real quick, try the BattlEye fix and see if it helps: Rockstar recently introduced the BattlEye anti-cheat system. To use mods like Scripthook V, RPH, and LSPDFR, you'll need to disable it. A new setting in the launcher allows this. To disable BattlEye, open the Rockstar Launcher, navigate to the 'SETTINGS' tab and uncheck the BattlEye setting, which is by default checked. If using third party launchers like Steam or Epic and these instructions do not work for you, you may need to create a commandline.txt file, with the contents -nobattleye or insert it into the command line arguments of the launcher. For more information, visit the Rockstar Games BattlEye FAQ.

Game crashes on "Initializing texture system; phase 14"
You are still having the D3D error. That Shader one does not hold any weight. Retry the steps above again.

LSPDFR not working
You have -nodx entered in your CommandLine file. This is causing DirectX to not run at all. Open the CommandLine.txt found in the Main Directory. Clear the contents in it and add -windowed. Then save and exit the document and try again.

Launch normal GTA V first. Then after you have loaded fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH.

RPH stuck on loading plugins
Send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.
