    Didn't work. So I did a whole new GTA5/LSPDFR reinstall and it will still just crash on startup so I really don't know what's up

    This did work, however without scripthookV.dll installed I cant use simple trainer or any installed els cars. Anyway around this?

    Firstly, thank you for your help. So I renamed mods to _mods and it still crashes almost every time i load up RPH. It has worked once after about four/five tries (Note i do load RPH without the lspdfr plugin on startup). Although when it worked it only had the base game police cars etc...as i have els cars installed through open IV. But it is still 9/10 times crashing on me
