Try adding the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then try.

ScriptHookV has NOT been updated yet. You can remove the ScriptHookV.dll for now and just play without ELS and anything that requires ScriptHookV until it updates.

Unfortunately, you can only use what is in the Singleplayer folder. Everything else is designed for FiveM only.

Unfortunately, I do not think there will ever be a true Co-Op LSPDFR. Best people can have is FivePD.

Rename mods to _mods and try again.

Have it crash again and then send the log again. Just to be sure.

You appear to be missing files for Callout Interface. Re-install it per the readme instructions. Additionally, you can try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install Callout Interface and restart PC and see if that helps.

That is not the correct log. Please send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder. Your topic has been moved to LSPDFR 0.4 Support. Please post in the correct location in the future.

RagePluginHook currently does not support the GTA V for Xbox Games for PC version. The currently supported versions are: Steam Retail (Disk or Online Key) EPIC Games
