  1. Rename lml to _lml and ModManager to _ModManager and try again.
  2. Rename mods to _mods and see if the issues persist.
  3. Yeah...your options are to either find out what is borked with that FBI2 file or just not use it. As some ELS XML's are simply borked from the start.
  4. Screenshot the Main Directory.
  5. That is what I am saying. If you delete the .dat file in the mods folder, it will revert back to the one outside the mods folder with the vanilla settings. And will make any custom vehicles' lights dim, as it is using the default settings.
  6. Yeah...it could be it. When you delete the mods folder one, it will revert back to using the default one outside the mods folder. Making most enhanced lighting very dim.
  7. You can try editing the visualsettings.dat (found in mods > update > update.rpf > common > data). Please change the following entries: car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1700.00 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1100.00 Lastly, make sure your PostFX and Shader Quality are set to at least High.
  8. You need to ensure that CalloutInterfaceAPI is installed to the Main Directory and not into Plugins/LSPDFR. If you simply don't have it, re-install SuperCallouts as it is included in that download.
  9. Please send your RPH Crash Log. Its a text document in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.
  10. Rename lml to _lml and ModManager to _ModManager and try again. You do have loads of stuff installed and you may end up having to clean your Directory and re-installing as there are quite a lot of variables that could be causing this crash.
  11. Yeah I can see the line relating to ELS. What I want you to do is remove whatever xml's you have in ELS/pack_default. Then add them one-at-a-time and test after each addition. See if there are any problems.
  12. You need to add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC and try again. If you are still having issues, you can reference the section relating to this error in the RPH FAQ found here.
  13. Restate the issue again and provide a screenshot of the Main Directory.
  14. Go into the lspdfr.ini in the lspdfr folder in the Main Directory and make the following look like below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true Additionally, change your Plugin Timeout Threshold to be higher: Accessing RagePluginHook Settings Changing Your Plugin Timeout Threshold
  15. What I want you to do is go into Plugins and move anything that isnt the LSPDFR folder and the LSPDFR files to desktop. Then try running RPH and using LSPDFR. Let me know what happens. Additionally, please send a screenshot of you Main Directory as it is currently. Do not make any changes to it except what I have asked of you above.
  16. Please send the ScriptHookV.log found in the Main Directory.
  17. Please send the RPH Crash Log. It is a text file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is not in your Logs folder.
  18. Rename mods to _mods and try again. If that works, you most likely need to update the update.rpf/update2.rpf in the mods folder. You can copy it from Update and paste it into mods/Update. Keep in mind, you will lose any edited files in the update.rpf/update2.rpf when you replace those files. So make any backups that you need to prior to updating them.
  19. Try going into Plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR. Then attempt to use the standalone garage again.
  20. If you are genuinely curious, you can try moving everything from your Plugins/LSPDFR except for the plugin you are using to call the coroner, which I believe is STP, and place it on your desktop. Then go into the game and try calling one and see if you always get that "fell from a height".
  21. If you have a look at the Applications and Getting Involved section, it mentions baseline requirements for applying.
  22. You can also find a more semi-updated ambient events pack here.
