Hmm. Start by removing everything from Plugins/LSPDFR. Add them back one by one and test after each addition. See which one will cause the glitching.

Best way to check that is to open up OpenIV and go into Update/update.rpf/common/data and copy the visualsettings.dat and then paste it into mods/Update/update.rpf/common/data. Then see if the game loads up.

If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
