That is correct. It will say December 2023 and the version will change to match the current GTA V version on the download page when it gets updated.

Can you screenshot the error you are receiving?

ELS and trainers aren't plugins. The are mods/scripts. But that is semantics. Either way, to use those items, you will have to wait for an update for ScriptHookV.

Start by adding the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. See if that helps.

Not really. Your best bet is to join an LSPDFR Community Discord (note there isnt an official Discord for LSPDFR). Most of them will ping when update are done.

If the PC can run GTA V comfortably and still have a bit of excess room, you will have no issue running it with mods/LSPDFR.

It can take any amount of time. Simply keep checking their site. When the Release Date changes to December of this year and the version changes, you will know it is updated.
