  1. After doing a bit of research this appears to be Patrol Toolkit. However, it is no longer available here and, from what I have gathered, the only site that has it can't even be reached. However, feel free to try yourself. Link is here.
  2. It can be. Keep in mind it is important to try every step listed for that in the FAQ as those are all known solutions for the issue. Those will only work if you haven't updated yet. And furthermore, most places won't provide support for outdated versions of GTA V/LSPDFR/RPH.
  3. Go to here. Check under the section "RagePluginHook doesn’t open after double-clicking it. How do I fix it?". That should have the solution you need.
  4. You need to install EUP as well as configs. Base LSPDFR only has a few agencies and some select ranks.
  5. Rename mods to _mods and see if you experience any crashes.
  6. You have yet to update the callouts that I listed above.
  7. Launch GTA V first. Then once fully in-game, tab out and launch RPH.
  8. Do not use the configurator. Use the manual download of LSPDFR and drag and drop everything except the Licenses folder into the Main Directory.
  9. Couple of things: 1. Update: Deadly Weapons, The Feed Flusher, and Your Shift. 2. Remove: DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal) 3. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true
  10. Re-install RageNativeUI by putting the xml and dll into the Main Directory.
  11. Glad I could help!
  12. Couple of things: 1. Update: Definitive Callouts and Super Callouts 2. Remove: DeLuca's County Callouts (including dlGlobal), Immersive Dispatch (comes with Grammar Police now), Traffic Callouts, and Typical Callouts.
  13. Go into normal GTA V first. Then once fully in-game, tab out and launch RPH. See if that helps.
  14. Re-install DirectX from here. Also check it in the RPH Settings. Restart PC. Then try again.
  15. Try launching GTA V storymode first and then RPH after. If it crashes again, send the log.
  16. Add the dll back. Start by removing all ScriptHookV.NET files. Then test.
  17. Couple of things: 1. Update: Deadly Weapons, Super Callouts, and Urban Callouts. 2. Remove: DeLuca's County Calls (including dlGlobal), Dangerous Callouts, JM Callouts Remastered, Regular Callouts, and Section136Callouts.
  18. Couple of things: 1. Update: Urban Callouts 2. Remove: Callout Manager, JM Callouts Remastered, MoreRadioChatter, Regular Callouts, Station 19 Callouts, and University Callouts. 3. Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI from Plugins/LSPDFR to the Main Directory. 4. As per your issue. Delete PyroCommon from the Main Directory and re-install Super Callouts.
  19. Go into your RPH settings. Then go to Game Settings and Command Line Switches. Then deselect DirectX and Save and Launch. See if it crashes.
  20. And does the normal game crash or just RPH?
  21. What does your Main Directory look like currently.
  22. Start by removing ScriptHookV.dll and test to see if it works.
  23. Clean your Main Directory by making it look like the appropriate section in the image below. Then verify game files and re-install manual LSPDFR. Then test again. How to verify game files:
  24. From RagePluginHook Discord: Go into the Rage Plugin Hook Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches. Look for "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11 / Force DirectX10". Check it. (Make sure commandline.txt in your GTA V folder is empty.) Then, reinstall DirectX & restart your computer after. If you use some kind of visual mod, delete it or rename mods to _mods.
