You can delete the Plugins folder if you want to remove all RPH/LSPDFR related plugins. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and when you drag and drop it into the Main Directory, it should overwrite the existing files.

Rename mods to _mods and try again.

Then the issue is something you have installed through LML. You will have to remove what you installed one by one until you find the issue.

Remove ScriptHookV.dll. Try again.

Go into the Main Directory and open the CommandLine.txt. Clean out the contents and type -windowed and save and exit the document. Try again. If it is still crashing, screenshot the Main Directory.

The bin folder doesnt belong in the Main Directory. Take it out and then move the dinput8.dll and ScriptHookV.dll from it into the Main Directory. Rename ELS to _ELS and try again.

Try the following: 1. Disable Windows Defender. 2. Launch RAGEPluginHook. 3. Once it passes Validating System and Grand Theft Auto V starts, re-enable Windows Defender.

Rename lml to _lml and ModManager to _ModManager and test again.

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try: Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.
