  1. Download the manual version of it. Then open the zip folder using 7zip or WinRaR. Then drag the contents of that into the Main Directory. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  2. You need to open the vehicles.meta where the addon vehicle entry is and then add the the following vehicle flags to the flags section of that addon vehicle entry: FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_IS_OFFROAD_VEHICLE FLAG_HAS_INTERIOR_EXTRAS FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON FLAG_IS_BULKY FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG
  3. There was an issue with PoliceSmartRadio. Re-install it from here.
  4. What you can try doing is give you Admin permissions for the Main Directory. Do that by right clicking the folder and select Properties. After you have given the Admin permissions, then re-install OpenIV. Restart PC and see if the error still occurs.
  5. If it was an OIV, all the OIVs come with an xml that tells of all the paths where the oiv installed to. I can't remember the name though.
  6. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  7. It would be beneficial for your friend to create an account and post themselves. Lot's of crucial information can get muddled if its being relayed through you.
  8. Rename mods to _mods and see if it crashes still.
  9. There were errors in the CustomQuestions.xml and TrafficStopQuestions.xml. Revert any changes made to those recently or re-install the base files from StopThePed.
  10. Are you ensuring that you are not running RPH as Admin?
  11. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0
  12. You are missing the Localization.ini file for StopThePed. Redownload it from here and re-install it.
  13. Locking this as the answer has already been provided both above and here.
  14. Please send the RPH Crash Log. Not a pdf. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  15. Unless Xbox and Sony get on board with being able to mod consoles (if even possible), you wont even see this mod come to console. Just PC.
  16. Try removing them and test again. One of your custom vehicles is causing LSPDFR to throw an error.
  17. Like I have already said multiple times, we have established the mods folder was causing the issue. Please follow the steps I provided above.
  18. If renaming mods to _mods works, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If those do not work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.
  19. Things change, I suggest redoing the steps listed in the link I sent.
  20. If you have a custom Police2 file, remove it and try playing again.
  21. Unless you are mischaracterizing what "plugins" means, they dont get installed to the mods folder. Your outfits won't work if mods is named to _mods as the actual EUP files are installed to the mods folder. Regardless, we have established that your issue is the mods folder. Please follow the steps that I listed above for you.
  22. If you have a custom vehicle installed for PoliceT, remove it and test again.
  23. You need to update RageNativeUI by placing the dll and xml into the Main Directory.
