  1. You said the game started having "issues". What issues?
  2. If you have ScriptHookV.NET installed, try this version. If that version still does not work/or you do not have ScriptHookV.NET, please send the asiloader.log and ELS.log.
  3. This plugin may have been taken off the site. Furthermore, you should update to the latest LSPDFR/RPH/GTAV version as support won't be provided to outdated versions. EDIT: I did find a Search Warrant plugin by DarkMyre on the AUSGamer website. But it would require you to create an account to download, which in my opinion, is not worth it.
  4. These were added with the newest update and are indeed base game vehicles. It was added in the Bottom Dollar Bounties update.
  5. If you cannot locate the files per the methods you said above, you may be forced to have to remake the mods folder. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  6. Rename mods to _mods and try again. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  7. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  8. Does it say that LSPDFR crashed in the bottom left or does the game simply crash?
  9. You said you have Packfile and Heap Adjuster, but do you have the Gameconfig?
  10. Locked due to this now being a duplicate thread. Person who is having issue has made their own thread now.
  11. The crash has to do most likely with LSPDFR interacting with the mods folder. Could you please do as I ask.
  12. Remove: Callout Manager, Code 3 Callouts, Code Red Callouts, Tacco Highway Callouts, and Wilderness Callouts. They are all either old or outdated/broken. Then test again and see if you get any further crashes.
  13. All good. It can remove open. I will just add a bit onto the title that says Resolved.
  14. Download the manual version of it. Then open the zip folder using 7zip or WinRaR. Then drag the contents of that into the Main Directory. This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  15. You need to open the vehicles.meta where the addon vehicle entry is and then add the the following vehicle flags to the flags section of that addon vehicle entry: FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_DONT_SPAWN_IN_CARGEN FLAG_IS_OFFROAD_VEHICLE FLAG_HAS_INTERIOR_EXTRAS FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON FLAG_IS_BULKY FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG
  16. There was an issue with PoliceSmartRadio. Re-install it from here.
  17. What you can try doing is give you Admin permissions for the Main Directory. Do that by right clicking the folder and select Properties. After you have given the Admin permissions, then re-install OpenIV. Restart PC and see if the error still occurs.
  18. If it was an OIV, all the OIVs come with an xml that tells of all the paths where the oiv installed to. I can't remember the name though.

  20. It would be beneficial for your friend to create an account and post themselves. Lot's of crucial information can get muddled if its being relayed through you.
  21. Rename mods to _mods and see if it crashes still.
  22. There were errors in the CustomQuestions.xml and TrafficStopQuestions.xml. Revert any changes made to those recently or re-install the base files from StopThePed.
