Your plugins have filed a lot of the void left in the core LSPDFR modification, and I am very glad that you are choosing to open source so these plugins can be improved upon further. Thank you.

For LSPDFR, changing your graphics settings might help a small amount, but a majority of the performance loss is going to be due to the plugins and their CPU or memory use. Without upgrading, try reducing settings through the configuration files provided by the installed plugins, and remove any which are known as major performance hogs.

LCPDFR/GTA IV doesn't use RAGEPluginHook, LSPDFR/GTA V does. Everything you need to run the base LCPDFR plugin is included in the installer.

2 or 3 people being shot is by no means a "mass shooting". Gun violence is something that happens every day, the media just selectively covers what will get them the most views, clicks, or towards a certain political viewpoint.

Although I have found the mentioned alternate link, I am quite concerned as to what these concerns are. Are you still trying to resolve this, and could you explain what the concerns were?

The GTX 1050 Ti model is capable of reasonable frames when used with LSPDFR, provided you're using reasonable settings for GTA V itself. Be warned that using a lot of plugins (especially resource intensive ones such as LSPDFR+, Traffic Policer, Safer Chases) will cause frames to drop further. As long as your expectations are reasonable and you don't plan on maintaining 60 FPS all the time, this is a good budget buy if you aren't willing to/able to spend more. 256GB is enough for basic computer usage and installing GTA V, although you will want the hard drive for additional storage. GTA V itself will take up a good amount of the SSD on its own.
