This is an add-on vehicle
 
Stock Bison unwrapped and textured Template included Created Light bar with extra lights and reverse lights Modified ram bar from Stock Bobcat Added collision to boot to help contain animals You receive a machete when entering the vehicle  
Instructions
 
-Start OpenIV
-Make sure you have a modified gameconfig.xml that could handle add-on vehicles with no problem, if you have a modified gameconfig installed, skip this step
-OpenIV click Edit Mode
-Put the "animalc" folder in update/x64/dlcpacks/
-Go to update.rpf/common/data and find dlclist.xml
-Right click on dlclist.xml Select edit.
-Copy this line:
        <Item>dlcpacks:/animalc/</Item>
-Paste it to the list, save it
-start the game
-Model name: animalc
          

To have LSPDFR use the vehicle for animal control calls
-Open StopThePed.ini with notepad or preferred software.
-Scroll down to [AnimalControlService] and change The vehicle model name for animal control to the example below.
    // The vehicle model name for animal control unit
    AnimalControlVehicleModel=animalc

Made these for my game, came out pretty good so why not!
Skins were made for Cartres Paleto Bay Pack but will work on any with same base model, you can find the vehicles in the screenshots here:

-----UPGRADING-----
If you're updating to a new version of this pack, all you need to do is replace the dlc.rpf and VCFs (If you installed manually)
If you're installing this pack for the first time, you must follow the steps below.
 
 
-----Manual Installation-----
1. Navigate to your dlpacks folder, located at
    mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
 
2. Enable Edit Mode
 
3. Drag and drop the "blueghostpack" folder inside the dlcpacks folder
 
4. Navigate to your data folder, located at
    mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
 
5. Locate your dlclist.xml, then right click and click "Edit"
 
6. Directly after the latest entry in the XML, you must put the following line:
    <Item>dlcpacks:/blueghostpack/</Item>
 
7. Click Save
 
8. Drag and drop the VCF.XML files to pack_default folder located at
    Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
 
9. Start GTA V.
 
 
-----OIV Installation-----
1. Click on the Package Installer button, below the "Favorites" drop-down menu
 
2. Locate the OIV archive, double click it to select it
 
3. Click "Install"
 
4. Click "Mods Folder" to install the archive into your mods folder
 
5. Confirm the installation, and wait for the process to complete.
 
6. Start GTA V.

Hello, folks.

This is the long awaited Code 3 Z3 I know people in the community have been wanting, and it's here. The instructions to install this siren are within the .zip.
Included in the folder are the main siren tones (Wail, Yelp, Hyperyelp, Hi-lo, Airhorn) and some alternative tones with different pitches. The raw tones are also in the folder, for your convenience.

Del Perro Police Department. Loosely based off of the Long Beach Police Department, but I added a few extra touches.
My first vehicle skin since I'm trying to add each police department into my game. There wasn't many DPPD cars out there so decided why not try and make my own!

Known Bugs:
On the '16 FPIU the rear drivers side door handle is white while all other handles are black. Unfortunately this is a bug with the model and not the skin, so there's nothing I can do.

This pack is based off of the Wanaque Police Department. The Wanaque [Wah-Nuh-Cue] Police Department serves the small town of Wanaque, New Jersey, and has an estimated 25 sworn officers as of 2019.  There are 4 cars included, each one being carefully remade based on real-life WPD vehicles. If there are any bugs or glitches with the models, feel free to comment, and I will fix them as soon as possible.

A fictional design for LSPD by me. I just looked through police car designs and came up with this design scheme, so here we go. I used the awesome new pack by Jedahdiah for these.

2016 Chevy Express - 1: Prisoner Transport Skin
2016 FPIS - 4: Three patrol, one supervisor
2016 FPIU - 4: Two patrol, one supervisor, one DUI taskforce
2018 Charger PPV - 4: Three patrol, one DUI taskforce
2016 Impala - 5: Four patrol, one K9 unit. NOTE: Only four skins fit into the vehicles YTD file

This is a re-done pack made from NFS rivals. Just wanted to see how much improved. Hope you enjoy.

It's not just a k-9 unit! It's k-9 with a prisoner transport! So, now you can have best of both worlds! I spent a month on this Tahoe, perfecting this! There isn't a thing that wasn't looked at and fixed...Love this Tahoe..Even has working spotlights corona's!Own VCF. Some extra options should you decide you want them. Give it a download and check it out! Also, the twitter on the back of the Tahoe is real. I was making the livery from Georgia Tech PD and thought it would be cool to have a Sandy Shores PD twitter. If you want to check it out..just saying. Haha.

To install the models:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police.yft,police_hi and police.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save

Blaine County Sheriff Pack based in part off of Fayette County, WV Sheriffs Dept.. I wont be updating or adding anymore however the skins will work on any vehicle with same base model (you will just have to try if using other pack then those I used to make). If there is a specific model that you would lie to use these on but they wont fit leave a review and a request otherwise sorry, I've spent time making skins for complete packs on request without so much as  a thank you let alone a review or like so I wont be doing that anymore unless you review and request that way.

So I was seriously just going to make this pack for myself, but I love how the look came out on the FPIU, so now I'm sharing them!!!! The paint is inspired by the Aspen Colorado Police, but I gave them a Blaine County twist... As with all my other packs, they look so much better in game!!!!!! This is a work in progress, I'll be adding vehicles from both packs below to this BCSO pack over time.... Vehicle files are listed for the which pack they come from so there's no confusion!

What's up, everyone?
Today I present you with the Berkeley County Sheriffs Office. I have noticed a lack of good decent BCSO textures so I decided to release these here. I have been using these in my more recent LSPDFR episodes (linked below) This is lore-friendly and a W.I.P 
If you come across a template you would like this on just comment on this and let me know which one and
I'll be sure to add it as soon as I can. All liveries have a reflective look to them but do not 
actually reflect unless you use the "reflective" png and that only works on cars that have that 
capbility. Cars like that can be found by @Walters or @RobertTM
These are not guaranteed to fit all their templates. It does fit some though
 
 
Right now it includes
2006 CVPI - 5 liveries (one K9) and a reflective livery also includes a K9 window and regular window  
2014 Charger -  4, Liveries and a reflective livery
2016 FPIU - Two templates (same template different plate locations), 4 liveries and a reflective each.
2016 FPIS - 4, liveries and a reflective livery.
2018 Charger -  2 different templates, 3 liveries each and a reflective livery each.
 
 
You are NOT to RIP, MODIFY or re-upload any of MY work. This CAN NOT be used in
