    make sure to have gameconfig, heapadjuster & packfile limit adjuster installed. if yes, rename your mods folder to _mods and try again.

    To set full permissions, right click the gta folder, click properties, go to security & make sure system, admin & user has all hooks.

    There are other options than drag and drop install, there must be a plus somewhere and then manually choose the gameconfig also make sure edit mode is on

    Try to take out scripthookv & dinput8 & try again. make sure gta alone starts post a screenshot of your gta folder, this will help.

    remove InputManager from gtav/plugins remove NAudio from gtav/plugins remove Newtonsoft.Json from gtav/plugins remove Venoxity.common from gtav/plugins according to your log you already have those installed in the right location, so just delete them
