Post the Ragepluginhook .log from the main gta folder

Check out the faq at page 3 -5, there you set the perms for the gta folder and add the gta folder as an excpetion in your antivirus.

You have to update your mods folder after an gta update. You can manually do that by: 1. Delete update.rpf in the mods folder 2. copying the update.rpf from the game files to the mods folder and start adding your mods back (you have to start from the beginning/ everything in the update.rpf folder is gone since you deleted it earlier)

Where have you installed StopThePed & UltimateBackup?

Post the Ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder. Otherwise post a screenshot of the gta folder. Can you run gta on its own?

then your mods have a problem. find out if its an asi file or if its the mods folder.

this file is just a text file... doesnt do anything the file related to it is dinput8.dll, this one you have to remove

Which asi file are you talking about?

Remove ScripthookVDotNet.asi You can try to install the nightly build instead.

Scripthookv itself is not the problem, it’s the .asi files that get loaded. you can do: - rename mods folder to _mods - remove .asi files you can post the scripthookv.log as soon as you tried those steps & haven’t had success

Log looks good. try to disable nve

remove ScripthookV.dll and dinput8.dll and try again, only start gta, make sure this runs first

This doesn't make sense, what mods are not loaded when doing it that way? If your issue would be in the mos folder, verifying wouldn't help, since verifying only verifies the game files, not files in the mods folder.
