On top you said your game is crashing even without a mods folder, but now you have found a broken ped in the mods folder? That doesn't make sense to me. Can you clarify?

Hi! A lspdfr plugin crashes lspdfr because of an invalid vehicle. In the log I can only see A.h.al.A. My guess it is either ALPRLite, BlueLineScanner, NPCI or SpeedRadarLite. Start with ALPRLite and SpeedRadarLite. Let me know which one it was or if you could find a solution!

I was wrong, it is not a missing file. STP doesn't work on Enhanced. You can use PolicingRedefined instead. https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/52191-policing-redefined/

Oh, then its not a lspdfr crash, its a game crash. I suggest going back to a clean gta folder and install only lspdfr, see if that runs (and basics like DirectStorageFix if needed)

With "lspdfr crash" you mean your game is completely crashing to desktop?

You have to press Shift behind a vehicle and turn on the emergency lights to start a traffic stop. You also habe to be on duty before that. If you are using an addon vehicle there is a chance the author forgot to add the emergency tag, then pillovers doesnt work. Try to use a vanilla vehicle instead then
