Post your ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder. it might be due to the outdated ragenativeui. you can download this file here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases install it by drag and drop it to the main directory and click replace if asked.

Nope no one can give you old versions. The file where RPH save backups is named Game backups. You only can update.

In front of your apartment by default there is a vehicle, you can replace that by driving that away, take the new car to that place and Thea the game says hit "E "to save.

Renaming your mods folder means disabling it from loading, all installed vehicles, guns, sounds etc are not loading. sth in it is broken, it’s your turn to find that out what caused it. Revert latest changes or start new one
