Hey guys! This is my first upload to LSPDFR.com! :thumbsup: So this is just a texture made off of the very talented BxBugs123's Dodge Charger. 

It is the VPD Dodge Charger introduced in 2014 in Vancouver.

Pretty sure you don't need to ask for perms for releasing a texture. I like the skin though, nice job :)

this skin looks very different and thats cool as hell!! really nice colors and you picked a great car to stick that on. its awesome Bugs lets us use his work <3 canadian cars have been a thing this week so i'm sure this will do just fine. great job :teehee:

I'm having trouble installing this skin. When I drag and drop it into the vehicle.rpf, but I'm quite confuse on the meta part. Can you tell what I'm doing wrong?
