    It isn't really fully ELS. You can't control lighting patterns and no environmental lighting but you can use the siren like ELS. So pretty much if you love controlling your siren in ELS you can do it for non-ELS vehicles.

    There's a small problem with the RDE install where it doesn't install some of those LSPDFR plugins, so just open the OIV with WinRAR or 7zip and look for the EMSUnits.xml (if it says EMSUnits_SUP.xml then just rename to the actual file and replace the one in BetterEMS

    Yeah my backup.xml didn't install correctly but it's in the .oiv file so just open it with WinRAR or 7zip and it should be in there

    If you're also talking about BetterEMS, I just used the one from RDE 3.0.1 and it worked just as well
