This has to do with something I did wrong in Zmodeler3. I think your problem is unrelated.

This has nothing to do with the trainer. I'm talking about the lightbar and rear lights not flashing at all, but the light I've put on the rambar work. It could be something I did wrong in Zmodeler.

I'm working on my first ELS vehicle and I got all the lights onto vehicle but for some weird reason the lightbar and rear lights won't function except for the lights I've put on the rambar. I've configured the VCF to work with this but to no avail it still won't work. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah I wish they could release it publicly for free

Go to Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V/Profiles and delete the folder in "Profiles". (Note this will delete your game save so backup the folder) It works for me every time this happens

I'm working on my first car for GTA V and when I export it out and try to see it in Open IV it doesn't show up. It also says it is 0 bytes. If you could help thanks for the support

For me I just dropped certain files into the GTA IV directory
