You need to update your game. If you have an older version of RagePluginHook you can also try using that but it is no longer available if you do not already have it. Your best bet is just going to be updating your game

After renaming you mods folder it will disable everything within it. If your game runs smoothly you can ascertain that something within the mods folder is the cause of the problem. Do you notice any difference when you force duty and/or after renaming your mods folder?

Yes it will disable you mods folder. But after doing so if your game runs correct it indicates something is wrong within your mods folder. You can also try going into your "lspdfr" ini file found under the "lspdfr" folder and add this line "AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits = true" this will disable ambient unit spawn if you think that's what's causing the problem.

Yes, EUP is very simple. You'll need three things: EUP Menu EUP Law & Order (Police Uniforms) EUP Serve & Rescue (Emergency Services Uniforms) Eup menu goes into your game directory and the other two are as you said OIV Package installers.

You could have changed your console command key to a different button you can check is you hold down shift while Rage is loading. As for EUP the default button is F11.

I'm not sure if Franklin is the default as I use EUP. But for the M Menu conflicting with your interaction menu: Go to your game directory > scripts and find the "RescueModV" ini file and you'll be able to change the mods controls. The three rescue mods that I know of, and have used personally, "work" so to say. They can be buggy and sometimes a general pain in the ass but if you really want to play as a firefighter, ems, or as the coast guard I'd give "Rescue Mod V (FD + EMS + Coast Guard)", "Firefighter Mods (Mode Sapeurs-Pomppiers)", and "EMS Mods 0.8.4 BETA" a try. They can be found on gta5-mods.com and lcpdfr.com

I don't really know who you're mad at? It's Rockstars fault we have to update everytime there's a new GTA Online update. Just be patient and wait for a new LSPDFR, Rage, and ScriptHook update and your game will work again.

You can also try the "PoliceMenu V" mod. It's what I use and is specifically tuned to police things there is also a quick repair key. For the weapons you could use "Easy Loadout Continued". It doesn't make it so you can't pick weapons up but it adds a hotkey so you can give yourself the loadout that you made in the .ini

I would use The Modern Siren Pack: You can just google a Youtube tutorial for how to install and there's a ton of sirens too choose from.

Are all of you mods fully updated?

Try starting the game normally though Steam (Or the rockstar launcher?) Once the game fully loads into single player Alt+Tab out of the game and launch Rage

I mean people can get board of modding, or the game. Also for the people that go to pay sites they just want to be payed for all the hard work they put in. It's not like they made some promise to provide amazing mods and scripts. I think it's people that take their work for granted that get on the modders nerves.
