I'll just say this. PPM is fun. LCPDFR is fun. PPM is to Starfox 64 as LCPDFR is to the Falcon flight sim series. PPM is Hollywood police movie. LCPDFR is COPS. PPM is all the beef and none of the filler. LCPDFR is a 4 course sit down, black tie affair. PPM seeks to entertain, LCPDFR seeks to emulate. Neither one is "better" than the other because they are completely different animals. That all being said. I'll stick to LCPDFR, it has staying power, and keeps me entertained for at least an hour minimum, where PPM keeps me entertained for a little bit of mayhem.

Seriously? Is this a joke topic? I just downloaded PPM to see what this kid was on about. PPM and LCPDFR are completely different experiences. LCPDFR is a simulation, PPM is more like arcade.

Ok, so I'll try ditching bloom and AO. Any ideas on that reflective "lens" effect? The reflection over the screen looks more like light shining on plexi-glass, scratched plexi at that. Thanks for the tips so far guys, much appreciated.

I tried turning off bloom, no effect. Also the reflective screen "lens" is super annoying. Basically I'm just looking for something to crisp up the graphics a bit, add some higher detail reflections, etc.

Hey do you guys have any idea how to tone down the light sources? The graphics on this mod are excellent, but every light source in the game completely washes out the screen. Also, is there anyway to get rid of the reflective "lens" effect?

US has quite a few national agencies. Each deals with a specific area of expertise. Most agencies in states are broken up by municipal level, which is your cities and towns. County level which is in some states the agency that deals with rural crime and areas which no municipal force is present, in other states, they are the most powerful agencies. Then state level, which functions just like county, sometimes the rural crime enforcers and "highway police" and sometimes the highest tiered agency. All depends on geography and every state is organized differently.

I wish the Devs would enable arrest/fine functionality for when the fist is "equipped". This isn't London, we're not baton happy!

I don't get crashes either, the two in combination make for a fantastic flow of traffic. With just TF I get clumps and clusters of traffic here and there, with TCS added in it's a smooth steady realistic flow.

I tried it, works fantastic. TF spawns your core traffic while TCS spawns the cars you need to make it so its just not the same cars over and over. Thanks for the tip Break.

@Break, Why do you use both TCS and TF?

You have to let the mod run a while to get the full diversity, or so the author claims. This one is still in its early stages of development, so perhaps we'll see some improvements. I haven't tried Traffic Control System in combo with TF5, I'm going to have to check that out.

Hey guys, I came across this yesterday and thought I'd try it out. The author claims that it uses all 84 car models in GTA to fix the taxi bug. It loads 26 random models at a time, wipes them and then loads 26 new random models, as a result you get a more diverse traffic flow. I've tried it out, it's in its earlier stages, and seems to work fairly well. Just thought you fine folks would wanna try it out. Does anyone know where to get a copy of the original Impala looking vehicle with ELS enabled and unlocked?

Did you set AI not to use ELS in the ELS.ini? Also, I go through and deactivate it individually on each vehicle that doesn't use it and haven't had issues with AI using it when it wasn't supposed to.
