Man, I am totally in love with that lightbar. If anyone would care to tackle it, it would definitely refresh the modeling community. Things have definitely gotten a bit stale and repetitive lately. I wish I had the knowledge to do it myself, but there are so many competent modders here, I'm sure someone would like to take a crack at it. Right? lol :)

Check this out. I know the color changing wouldn't really be doable without editing files, which isn't viable for quick switching, but is it possible to have LED ELS lights fixed onto the rotary mechanism for an LED Rotary set up? I have been looking for a cool unconventional lightbar for my personal cruiser. I remember Break having a car with the only really unique ELS lightbar I've seen when he was demoing Dashcam. Aside from that lightbar, I have never seen one that was just so different from your standard ELS LED or halogen bar. Thanks Faracus, already did that. My problem isn't being able to change graphics settings. It's getting 37 fps with the specs I have for this PC. Should be A LOT higher for a 3.5 yr old game. There should be absolutely zero reason for me to have to reduce one single setting with the set up that I have. I play games that are still in Beta and not optimized at 120 FPS. Either GTA for PC is a total failure or I need to RMA some parts, and I'm thinking my parts are just fine.

Well i get the 37.22 FPS running on full settings. My GPU never goes about 21% my CPU never goes above 32% and mem never above 9% consumption according to GTA's bench mark. Seems like if I have that much processing power left over on the CPU, GPU, and Mem then I should be getting a LOT more than 37.22 FPS. Here's the benchmark. You can see my resource usage is very low, so I cannot understand the low frames. It should be pushing my hardware and it's settling for some kind of throttled down "good enough" frame rendering or something. Hey guys, I recently did a benchmark with settings as high as they will possibly go and only got an average of 37.22 FPS. My system is a monster, with a 3930K CPU, Dual 660ti's in SLI. Intell SSD's etc. etc. etc. You prolly get the pic. Any ideas why frames are so bad. Is GTA really THAT bad of a port?

Yeah, I'm not new to modding or getting GTA running well with LCPDFR. I was just wondering what mods and settings do people use for the best visual experience and also what mods have come out in the past yr or so that I haven't played LCPDFR that really enhance the game.

Ok, I basically bought a pc that's going to run anything at ridiculous frames. So I wanna put LCPDFR onto this new system. This time though. I want to do it right! What do you guys recommend? I want the best graphics I can possibly mod into the game obviously. How do I accomplish that? Which mods should I use? Also, I see there's some nice newmods out for towing and setting roadblocks and such. Are these recommended? Any help that anyone with an enthusiast pc build can give me for making GTA and LCPDFR look and play completely amazing would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Also, looks like they just reworked their site and his mods aren't re-posted as of yet. I'd keep looking there though.

My suggestion is to add necrophilia as a crime in LCPDFR, we already have hookers and the screwing animations, AND we have TONS of dead bodies all the time. That way we can game just like we post on the forums!

It's really not an involved process or anything, you just install the game, install the mod and play...

I've never seen that happen. The only thing I can think of is perhaps you have a mod that interferes with normal operation of ELS.

Make sure you press the the left alt key, not the right one.
