    I have already tried this... They stole the cars but LCPDFR wouldn't let me pull over the vehicle that was stolen. Everytime i hit the pull over key nothing would happen.

    You really don't need to reinstall the game everytime just keep the orginal vehicles.img and when you notice the textures are loading slow because to many cars etc... just replace the vehicle.img

    Personally I think that is a waste of money. There is a charger wheel out for GTA IV that looks similar to that. But go for it if you have someone that will put it on a car for you.

    Yea your best bet is to not install a bunch of mods at once. Do it separately so once your game starts to crash you can take out the last mod you installed.
