    I have already tried this... They stole the cars but LCPDFR wouldn't let me pull over the vehicle that was stolen. Everytime i hit the pull over key nothing would happen.

  10. Personally I think that is a waste of money. There is a charger wheel out for GTA IV that looks similar to that. But go for it if you have someone that will put it on a car for you.
  11. Yea your best bet is to not install a bunch of mods at once. Do it separately so once your game starts to crash you can take out the last mod you installed.
