  1. They're not supposed to be ;). I might add unit numbers, but I like where the badge is honestly.
  2. I didn't mean anything offensive to you Sik. I apologize if it came out that way.
  3. Yeah when I get home I probably could 🙂
  4. I use custom vehicles in a standalone folder. Nope, just a very decked out visualsettings.dat

  6. I replaced all the .metas because I was hell bent that was it. I tried and I compared my .metas to the templates and I still could not find a solution. I redownloaded MDPV and I still had the same issue. Do you know where it could be stemming from? I gave up and deleted it, but if I could get it working again, I would be ecstatic.

These are some skins I made for myself as I really enjoy the look of them. For now it is only a 16 Charger and a 15 Tahoe, but I am more than likely going to add an FPIS, a Vic, an FPIU and a '13 Tahoe down the road. These are LOOSELY based off Pinal, but they have San Andreas plates because that is how I like them. Hopefully you guys enjoy and I will be updating each one more if there are major errors. Thank you Ladies and Gents.
  7. I think the basis for a good callout pack is here, but the callouts need to be adjusted. Three out of the four callouts are far too similar with a pursuit, which sooo many people already have done. I would recommend going in depth on the traffic accident callout and adding some new ones. I would love to see a drunk driver callout, I like where you are headed with the speeding callout, I would also like to see traffic stop callouts that end in different ways. I love pursuits, I really do, but lets be honest, people don't run every time. Every situation is vastly different. Maybe you have someone going 90 on the freeway because they are on the way to the hospital, or maybe you have a car that is speeding but they understand they were wrong to do that. Do you see what I mean? Law Enforcement never has a dull moment, but not everything is shootouts and pursuits. I love seeing REALISTIC callouts and I hope to one day see LivePD callouts. If you need ideas, just ask. My dad is a LEO and has been for 23 years and I can tell you some crazy things he has told me. You have a great base here, but you need to put your own spin on it. It is far too often we see stabbing, shooting, or even a stolen vehicle callout. Learn from Sheep, he has a domestic call, a panic button call and numerous others that touch on the realism of Law Enforcement. I can't wait to see what you come up with and remember, show your individuality. Keep up the great work and sorry for the novel.
  8. I get over 70, sometimes 90+ on duty. If you have modern plugins that are updated, you can get amazing performance.
  9. If you need help, just message me and I'll see what I can do. :) I literally couldn't agree more c13. I find myself often alone and I wonder where my whole department is.. I would love to be the unit to OCCASIONALLY backup the AI, but I don't know hard that would be to implement. I can't wait to see the future of this modification!!
  10. Hmmm, have you reinstalled everything? It is tedious, but when I reinstalled, I soared in frames. LSPDFR with no mods was 110 and with mods and CURRENT plugins, I get between 75 and 98fps.
  11. The u-turn issue is a coding thing and I would love to see it fixed, but I am unsure if they can fix that. Your frames are dependent on the RIG you have, the plugins you have installed, how modern your plugins are, how many texture mods you have, how many custom cars you have and of course how many scripts you have. I get over 60fps EASY after I reinstalled LSPDFR and Rage and also purged out old plugins. Before I had old plugins, retired scripts and I would get 35fps at most, have terrible texture pops, and the civ cars would bug out because I had so many customs. I also use a standalone DLC folder where I keep all my cars that I have in my game.
  12. Not really. You can RP it, but the "suspects" don't know or recognize if you will that they got pulled over for expired tags. I totally see where you're coming from though! True! That would enable people with less than a monster PC with a 960+ that could also enjoy the mod as well.
  13. You guys just keep blowing my mind. Ambient crime, a working interaction menu, a working flashlight and more "police like" actions. I can't wait to see the finished product and how in depth you guys have made it. I have a question, are traffic stops going to be more ambient and PC related? What I mean is if I see a vehicle with a broken tailight, can the game recognize that I pulled over the CIV for a broken tail light? I would love to have the CIVs talk back and create and excuse about how they didn't know or whatever. Also, I want to see more PC ambient events with driving. If I see a CIV speed by me at 30 over the limit, I want the game to recognize why I pulled him over and not just guess. Thank you guys for all the hard work you guys are pouring into LSPDFR and I can't wait to see the end product!
Absolutely eloquent work Cheep! I love the depth of each callout and I really love the realism. Like come on, you have a Domestic with dialogue.. Well done Sir, please keep updating this and I can't wait to see what you conjure up!
  14. He gave me the materials for it, but I’m not very skilled at skinning sadly
  15. Does ALPR+ butt hole your FPS as well? Without ALPR+, I get over 85-100, with ALPR+, 40 MAX

These are absolutely spectacular. The one thing I do notice off the bat is the badge on the shirt is far different from the one's I have seen. Besides that little piece, I love the look of this and I can't wait to patrol in game with them!
