Hi, Have you seen the "EMS Medical Props" mod at all? I use the stretcher from that to replace prop_ld_bingbag_01 but I guess you could use it in a different slot? https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/ems-medical-props

Hi So each plugin will have a config file, that usually has the extension .ini so when you are editing the config file, it probably is the same file I am on about. they will open in notepad. As I am not using Albo's mods, I may not be the best person to help, but will try. I use Stop the ped for things like brethalizers etc. https://www.bejoijo.com/post/stop-the-ped As arrest manager / traffic policer / police smart radio have not been updated in a while. I would advice using these more updated mods with the latest versions of LSPDFR. So, Traffic Policer there is the traffic policer.ini this is the config file you have been editing right? Are they installed in /plugins/lspdfr/ Albo's mods use the folloing keybindings: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.keys(v=vs.110).aspx If you have not modified the keybindings, the brethalizer would be Left Shift + O In the .ini file it would look like this: BreathalyzerKey=O BreathalyzerModifierKey=LShiftKey What have you tried modifying them to and how does the config file look to you?

(Question) What mods do you play with?
waynieoaks replied to SailorJerrys's topic in Discussion & Suggestions
It may be worth checking the Rage Plugin Hook log to see if you get any errors (especially with particular plugins) then that may help find the problem. If you are lucky, you may get away with emptying the LSPDFR / Mods / Plugins folders and then resinstall rage plugin hook / LSPDFR and see how you get on. If that fails, you might need to reinstall GTA, as painful as it is, that is the only way to be sure you got rid of the problem. Then, if you have the disk space, keep backups as you go to save the hours of reinstalling (I learned that the hard way). :-) -
Hi KrystalKleo, Welcome to the community and the fun (somethimes painful) time of keybindings, which is like a game within itself.... I do like you, have the controller set up for driving and the keyboard for on foot, but getting the right key combinations that work for you will be whatever makes sense to you and probably different from others. I also ended up gettting a Stream Deck (usually used for streamers) to set up some quick keys and combinations, for example to control lights, sirens, calling for certain backup, etc. I was sad ehough to set up a spreadsheet - not only to keep track of what version of mods I had installed but also the keybindings for them. Things I use a lot I try to keep without modifiers and options not used much I kept with modifiers (e.g. Ctrl + ) I also have all my menus on the F keys. When you say the keys are not working do you mean you have edited the .ini file for the mod, but the key you specified does not do anything? Do you have any specific examples that people may be able to help you with? Different mods use different ways to code keys, normally they provide a link to somewhere to see the key settings, specific to the code they have written e.g. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.windows.input.key?view=netcore-3.1 What I will say is Albo's mods are great but (Traffic Policer, PoliceSmart Radio, Arrest Manager etc) are rather out of date now, (for some poeople they work great and others have problems) and have been replaced by a lot of other mods written by the community. There are some key ones developed by BejoIjo that are on his own website (https://www.bejoijo.com) rather than here you may want to look into. Well, I hope my rambling helps a little but ask away and I am sure I and others will try to help (if we can).

I loved Albo's mods and actually stopped playing for a while once they started to not work as well after he retired. When I came back, the only thing I could not find a replacement for from Albo's old mods was the ability to change pullover location. With agreement from Albo, this was pulled out into a mod called "custom pullover" (It is still Albo's code so all credit to him). There is another mod that expands on this to do the same as above but also include parking tickets and may grow more in the future called "Real Police Plugin": Other than that, all the other features get addressed in Bejojio's plugins others. I stopped needing the police radio (to my wifes annoyance) once I started talking to dispatch using "VocalDispatch", but that is not everyones cup of tea... I found it great as I could continue running away like a coward while calling for backup. Now replaced with Grammer Police & Immersive Dispatch:

Hi, Do you have any vehiocle packs or textures installed through OpenIV? As A Stranger suggested, you can try renaming the mods folder and trying again to see if you still have the issue? Other than that, I am not sure what to suggest as most people seem to have solved this by reinstalling everything from scratch.

(Question) What mods do you play with?
waynieoaks replied to SailorJerrys's topic in Discussion & Suggestions
Hi SailorJerrys: Did you have any luck getting things sorted at all? Do you get any notifications above the map at all or are they all missing? I know it won't help you now, but I usually keep an unmodded backup of the whole GTA install so when I mess up (which I do a lot) I can roll back to the backup - (delete the modded folder and start again) I usually start with getting LSPDFR working first, then install a couple of plugins, then test, create a backup, then a couple more, etc. Anyway, I am always interested to see what mods others are playing with (Didn't know about Glove Switcher, so thanks @mctosh ) and thought I woud share what I have (I have too many so I may not be the best example and I find vehicle packs and skins push my install over the edge so I play with the default emergency vehicles (but an ELS version). Important plugins I have: Emergency Lights and Sirens (ELS) Emergency Uniform Packs (EUP) All the stuff by Bejojio: - Stop the Ped - Ultimate Backup - ALPR Lite - Speed Radar Lite Grammer Police (Talk to Dispatch which I love as then I can do things like ask for backup while running away (coward) or provide updates, like on scene, clear, etc.) Immersive Dispatch (with Grammar Police) Player Location Display Custom Pullover (Although Real Police Plugin does the same and adds parking tickets) Others I like and use: Automatic Siren Cutout (Kills the siren if you fail to turn it off when you get out of vehicle) Clear the way V (Although I am not sure how much of a difference this makes anymore) Dashcam V (For some cool dashcam views of the action) Enhanced Vehicle Actions 2 ( keep doors open, Indicators, hazard lights, vehicle locks, etc) LeFix Simple Fuel (have to keep your gas tank fueled) Police Repair Shops (Have to go to a garage to get your car fixed) Spotlight Callout Manager Force a callout Juristictions + (Map 3) Keep Calm (Stops bystanders panicing Although I think Stop The Ped can do this too) Megaphone UI (Shout at people) Rich's Police Enhancements (Adds some quality of life featres) What's your name again? No more yelling (civilians no longer tell you to move when stuck behind you in traffic) Callout packs (I love veriety, but try to avoid packs that need keybindings due to lack of keys): Assorted callouts Attempted Crime Callouts Basic Callouts Conchs Callouts Misc Callouts On the beat callouts More robberies Red callouts Simple callouts Super callouts Variety callouts United callouts I want to try the following callout packs: Coastal callouts (but plan a complete seperate install for its gameplay) Beach callouts Bizzare callouts CalloutsT JaRm callouts Inspired callouts Prioriy callouts (WIP) Rediculus callouts Some visual/audio tweaks: COPS theme on loading screen Increased Environmental Lighting EMS Medical props (for the stretcher for Ultimate Backup) Realistic Street and Location Atlas Map (to give sttreet names on the map) True Coroners Better Dispatch Audio STP Drug tester and STP Brethalyzer Realistic pickups (removes glow and have to press E to pick up gun) What am I missing? A really good speed limiter mod, so I can stick to the speed limit I don't have vehicle mods as all of the above is already too much (probably), but I always look in envy at the cars from TickleMyElmo and the vehicle skins from EchoWolf If you want to add vehciles, you need to also look at a good gameconfig replacement, Heap Limit Adjuster and PackFIle Limit Adjuster -
Is there any mod that let you make money with lspdfr.
waynieoaks replied to xxxhackyxxx's topic in GTA V Discussion & Media
I was looking at something called "PoliceLife S" which you had to work a shift to get a salary, etc. But it is rather old and didn't seem to work anymore. Code was open source and I considered trying to re-write it but I am still new to coding and don't think I have the skills to pull it off. -

LSPDFR EUP Configurations and Jurisdictions
waynieoaks replied to Handsup!'s topic in Tutorials & Questions
Hi I believe you will need to edit the files in LSPDFR/data/custom as well as those in plugins/LSPDFR/UltimateBackup Check out the Jurisdictions + mod as that will show you the exact files and may actually provide the Jurisdictions you want anyway. https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/datafile/27065-jurisdictions-map-3/ -
Vocal Dispatch was not just about RP with my game, it was also helpful in being able to do multiple things in real time (e.g. calling for backup while also driving) without the struggle of bringing up a menu, scrolling down and hitting enter. Grammar Police has improved on that with modern code and regular updates. The PTT function adds to that realism (although not to my already bad driving style) but it is making me think about when it is safe to use the radio rather than just a quick button press and carry on. Now with the preface feature, can have a more conversational approach to a call. Just keeps getting better and better. I still get the occasional tow truck instead of backup, but this is more likely the background noise and me trying not to disturb the other-half watching TV so mumbling rather than talking (can't wait till I get my own home office). Nowhere near as bad as previous voice recognition.

Hi @opus49, Firstly, thanks for replying so quickly. There is no need to apologise - you are still developing this plugin and it is already really great! Officer Status Plugin is now being found correctly. The call is still not working with the plugin - possibly I have the namespace or class wrong or is is not public - I may need to reach out to the plugin creator to see. The error in the log now is: "action table has no entry for that action" [6/6/2020 4:37:34 PM.065] LSPD First Response: GrammarPolice [ActionHandler] loaded action: name=10_15 target=Officer_Status_Plugin.Statuses.ShowMe10_15 [6/6/2020 4:37:34 PM.067] LSPD First Response: GrammarPolice [ActionHandler] loaded 24 actions [6/6/2020 4:37:34 PM.070] LSPD First Response: GrammarPolice [SoundHandler] loaded 13 sounds ................................................... Hi @Batman78901, I have not tested this yet, but I would imagine something like this would work: Example, Returning with suspect: in the actions.xml: <Action> <Name>10_15</Name> <Library>Officer_Status_Plugin.dll</Library> <Target>Officer_Status_Plugin.Statuses.ShowMe10_15</Target> </Action> Then in the grammar.xml, under the Status commands: <Option> <Action>10_15</Action> <Phrases> <string>ten fifteen</string> <string>10 15</string> <string>returning with suspect</string> </Phrases> </Option> Edit: I have not got this to work (yet) as Grammar police is not finding Officer_Status_Plugin.dll GrammarPolice [ActionHandler] Could not load file or assembly 'Officer_Status_Plugin.dll' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Hi Lets start then with getting you a backup. Are you using the Steam version of GTA 5 or the Epic Games version? You are looking for the install folder which will be called "Grand Theft Auto 5". In steam, it is located in your steam library /steamapps/common folder Copy this folder somewhere else as your clean backup (I have a copy called "Grand Theft Auto 5 - Vanilla" or you can create a zip file of the folder by right clicking and "send to Zip". Once you have done that you have a backup you can use to delete the old folder and start again if it gets messed up.
