That's why I said "or some other modder". Either way beat cops do question people. I think, no offense, but LCPDFR needs to realize being a beat cop is more than hey theres a homeless man make him leave or hey a lady is being mugged arrest the mugger. Sometimes you're the first on scene to a murder and you need to block off the area etc. I understand that gta iv has its limitations,but, once again no offense, you shouldn't be so dismissve of other people's ideas. I know Im a little out of line right now but I think it needed to be done, espically since gta 5 is coming out soon and the LCPDFR community is going to need something to different to keep is fresh. End Rant.

I was thinking it might be cool for LCPDFR or another modder to make a detective mod. Add basic questioning for peds, add lineups, collect evidence, examine crime scenes,etc. I was wondering what you guys think of this idea or what you would add.

Yeah its simple, You need more RAM. I recommend getting a least 8GB of RAM, but if you can afford it get 16GB. The reason your FPS goes up when you face the sea is there is simply less to render and change. **Note if you do decide to upgrade your RAM make sure you have windows 64 bit.**
