I don't know how something as simple as your wheels being turned could have such a effect but it does, and you nailed it works perfect and no drop in performance when the mod is activated. Great job recommend to anyone who is looking for just that much more realism, Installation and use couldn't be simpler again good job- 262 comments

@holexion Is there a button activation for the wheels, I installed latest version 1.3 have the wheels set to true in the ini but they still straighten when I let go of the right or left turn button. Blinkers and all work fine as described. Is there something Im missing or not doing right to activate?

That means that its a arrestable offense and that you can be arrested for it. Some of the charges you will find in the charge section and also in the citation section these are misdemeanor traffic violations that are criminal or arrestable charges but you as the officer have the discretion to arrest for the charge or issue a summons instead, However Im not sure how Driving Revoked is listed as a felony or misdemeanor. DO NOT EDIT, MODIFY OR CHANGE IN ANY WAY AND RE UPLOAD TO THIS SITE OR ANY OTHER This started out as a request but once I got into it I really liked the look so I decided to go ahead and upload them here. And for those of you who will comment that WVSP doesnt have these colors on veh or this unit I know this hence the Fictional at the start of Title. So far there are 3 vehicles CVPI, FPIU and Tahoe Im unsure if Ill be adding anymore just depends on the feedback I get. WVSP uses all Blues so I added .ytd files to change the light textures on the FPIU and CVPI to all Blues also there is a edited XML included for ELS for all Blues the Tahoe is all ready equipped with all Blues. The textures will work for any FPIU, CVPI & Tahoe that uses the same base model or templet as the Vehicles I used in the screen shots To Install simply go into OpenIV find the vehicles location and simply change the textures files in the .ytd file of the vehicle. For the XML go into GTA5/ELS/Pack_Default and add the XML be sure to rename the XML to the vehicle name that you installed the vehicle under. Any problems let me know in the comments section on here. If you like the Textures and use them hit the like button and leave a review and let me know what you think. Like stated above I have no plans at this time to add to this just depends on the feedback and /or request I receive . Thanks for downloading and enjoy! Thats because there is no actual charge "Arrest Warrant" when a ped is wanted the warrant or wanted status will tell you the charge they are wanted for when you arrest the ped you charge them with the crime they are wanted for there is no additional charge for a warrant. I tried to keep this as realistic as possible

You have no vehicle set chance number for the cars but you do for the Police Bike is set at 30 so you need to set the cars set chance to 70 so that the vehicles total 100 for both sets in other words 70% of the time a car will show and 30% chance your back up will be a bike, also you have 5 Hway vehicles with veh chance set to 75, the total for all vehicles shouldnt be greater than 100 so for five cars they should be set at 20 each

if you have stop the ped and ultimate back up installed then the only one you really dont need is Arrest Manager the others is pretty much essential IMO.

You have Ultimate back up so you could probably;y do away with spike strips especially if im not mistaken hasnt been updated in a long time, also KTFDO when the last time it was updated? Arrest manager really isn't really needed with stop the ped, just my opinion to reduce clutter. I have issues as well I weed out the callouts that cause it for me cheep callouts was a issue and peteru callouts but that doesnt mean that they are causing your problems I easily weed out when in game i use f4 to unload lspdfr disable a plugin then reload lspdfr and see if there is any change and do that over and over with every plugin until i find the ones causing the issues

Wearing mask/disguise to evade and prowling are 2 that I will add the next time I add charges in the mean time (wearing mask to evade police) you could just use evade/elude as the statutory language is very similar and for Prowling in real life its hard to prove motive unless you actually get a confession that their intent was to case the joint for criminal actions, in the mean time you could use trespassing, loitering etc. And as far as Felony Murder all murder is a felony, I believe the charge you may want to use for that is aggravated murder which is in there all ready and fits the minimum sentencing (15yrs) that you noted but I don't believe it carries a life sentence, Capital or first degree holds a life sentence or death in the states that support it, 2nd degree holds a life sentence with usually a minimum of 25yrs.- 198 comments

Im not exactly sure what your referring to, do you mean can you delete the court cases if so then yes I believe you can when you review them. I don't use this mod I use Computer Plus still so I would have to refer you to the read me of the CompuLite download the creator is very detailed.

If yoou mean geographically on the san andreas map if you draw a line approximately from the power plant across to just north of Chumash evrything south of that would be Los Santos County, Los Santos, Del Perro, R. Hills, Vinewood Hills, Vespucci, La Mesa etc, etc is all in Los Santos County. I switched servers and its fine I was just curious because this was the only site I had the problem on switched to firefox and is fine now, thanks

exactly the same in this one I only used Compulite long enuff to test it out take screen shots so Im not sure if everyone is aware or not but when you open the screen the boxes you see arent all there is if you scroll down thru and keep scrolling it will bring up more if Im making sense

There was never anything negative said about him or his mods, just implied it was childish to act that way because you had a negative review I mean you have 200 positive reviews and 4 negative or less than 5 stars and you get mad and pull everything. That is childish anyway you spin it the only people he is punishing is the ones who gave a positive review and feedback, the people who gave negative reviews probably removed his mod and don't use it. I understand it kinda makes you feel a little unappreciated when you put a lot of time and effort into your work and you don't get the outcome you want and I would really understand if all he got was bad reviews then yes pack it up and go but that's not the case he got probably 1 less than perfect review for every 40 perfect ones those are pretty impressive numbers to anybody but Im older and didn't grow up in this age of participation trophys so maybe that isn't good enuff. So he probably did the best thing he got his own site that he can dictate what reviews who gets and who can give them Kim Jung Bejoljo.

Well let me start by saying Thank you to @Reddington you nailed it couldn't have said it better. Now let me get on to you there @sssneaky appears you got your snowflake feelings hurt maybe he can create a safeplace mod where you can go and color unicorns and anbody who doesn't share your same opinions wont bother you. But until then its really to bad he pulled his stuff then you can see that there probably isn't a mod of his that I used that I didn't rate 5stars and leave a encouraging review but everybody might not of felt that way, and you called me entitled, haha. You guys need to quit acting like fckn democrats and realize that you will never please everyone but that's no excuse to throw a tantrum. Thank God Rockstar and the LSPDFR Team doesn't react to reviews this way or we would all be screwed
