The guys at SAModding has a excellent mod to add everything you need with a OIV auto installer Ive used it since they released it and it is a real time saver and will save you alot of head scratching Ive provided the link below just download it follow the read me then after its installed go in and change the vehicles for each department to the vehicles you've installed and you have it. they thought of almost everything even the uniforms and made it so simple to install, so if you try it and glad you did then go to their download page and give them a good review and let them know its appreciated.

Thank You for the positive mention of my files to your download description I'm glad that you enjoy them as I will this. I have a pretty large update coming soon that adds alot new items to the charges xml I will be sure to keep you up to date when I do so that you can keep this updated as well, again thanks! And for you folks that are downloding and using these files and other mods that you get from LSPDFR.com keep in mind the authors and developers spend countless hours working on these mods just to provide them here for free, most of you are scanning the sight daily I do the same so take the time to leave a review on the files you download and use, it takes only a second of your time, it cost you absolutely nothing and it lets the author/developer know that you appreciate the time they spent working to maybe improve your gameplay. Thanks for the suggestion I have that and several others for the next update. Here it is a sch 1 depressant, the GHB with Xyrem is sch 3 I have ketamine already there which is almost the same and also known as a club drug. I can tell by your suggestion that your probably like me and research what you put in your game and keep it realistic as possible. Im also in the process of putting together a extensive search menu for stop the ped it will have everything that is listed in my charge/citation xml's in one form or another plus alot more- 202 comments

Want to thank you again for consulting me before modifying my files and uploading and then doing exactly what you said you was going to do, simplified and straight forward without adding all the unrealistic and ridiculous content that you see in other files on this site. You asked for permission and then waited for it before uploading and gave proper credit where it was due, that's the kinda behavior that's makes a community like this a great one!- 7 comments

I don't know how something as simple as your wheels being turned could have such a effect but it does, and you nailed it works perfect and no drop in performance when the mod is activated. Great job recommend to anyone who is looking for just that much more realism, Installation and use couldn't be simpler again good job- 262 comments

@holexion Is there a button activation for the wheels, I installed latest version 1.3 have the wheels set to true in the ini but they still straighten when I let go of the right or left turn button. Blinkers and all work fine as described. Is there something Im missing or not doing right to activate?

That means that its a arrestable offense and that you can be arrested for it. Some of the charges you will find in the charge section and also in the citation section these are misdemeanor traffic violations that are criminal or arrestable charges but you as the officer have the discretion to arrest for the charge or issue a summons instead, However Im not sure how Driving Revoked is listed as a felony or misdemeanor. Felony charges are arrestable there is no discretion for those. Hope this helps if no let me know, Did you follow what I was saying about the warrants and have a understanding of it?- 72 comments

DO NOT EDIT, MODIFY OR CHANGE IN ANY WAY AND RE UPLOAD TO THIS SITE OR ANY OTHER This started out as a request but once I got into it I really liked the look so I decided to go ahead and upload them here. And for those of you who will comment that WVSP doesnt have these colors on veh or this unit I know this hence the Fictional at the start of Title. So far there are 3 vehicles CVPI, FPIU and Tahoe Im unsure if Ill be adding anymore just depends on the feedback I get. WVSP uses all Blues so I added .ytd files to change the light textures on the FPIU and CVPI to all Blues also there is a edited XML included for ELS for all Blues the Tahoe is all ready equipped with all Blues. The textures will work for any FPIU, CVPI & Tahoe that uses the same base model or templet as the Vehicles I used in the screen shots To Install simply go into OpenIV find the vehicles location and simply change the textures files in the .ytd file of the vehicle. For the XML go into GTA5/ELS/Pack_Default and add the XML be sure to rename the XML to the vehicle name that you installed the vehicle under. Any problems let me know in the comments section on here. If you like the Textures and use them hit the like button and leave a review and let me know what you think. Like stated above I have no plans at this time to add to this just depends on the feedback and /or request I receive . Thanks for downloading and enjoy! Thats because there is no actual charge "Arrest Warrant" when a ped is wanted the warrant or wanted status will tell you the charge they are wanted for when you arrest the ped you charge them with the crime they are wanted for there is no additional charge for a warrant. I tried to keep this as realistic as possible

You have no vehicle set chance number for the cars but you do for the Police Bike is set at 30 so you need to set the cars set chance to 70 so that the vehicles total 100 for both sets in other words 70% of the time a car will show and 30% chance your back up will be a bike, also you have 5 Hway vehicles with veh chance set to 75, the total for all vehicles shouldnt be greater than 100 so for five cars they should be set at 20 each

if you have stop the ped and ultimate back up installed then the only one you really dont need is Arrest Manager the others is pretty much essential IMO.

You have Ultimate back up so you could probably;y do away with spike strips especially if im not mistaken hasnt been updated in a long time, also KTFDO when the last time it was updated? Arrest manager really isn't really needed with stop the ped, just my opinion to reduce clutter. I have issues as well I weed out the callouts that cause it for me cheep callouts was a issue and peteru callouts but that doesnt mean that they are causing your problems I easily weed out when in game i use f4 to unload lspdfr disable a plugin then reload lspdfr and see if there is any change and do that over and over with every plugin until i find the ones causing the issues

Wearing mask/disguise to evade and prowling are 2 that I will add the next time I add charges in the mean time (wearing mask to evade police) you could just use evade/elude as the statutory language is very similar and for Prowling in real life its hard to prove motive unless you actually get a confession that their intent was to case the joint for criminal actions, in the mean time you could use trespassing, loitering etc. And as far as Felony Murder all murder is a felony, I believe the charge you may want to use for that is aggravated murder which is in there all ready and fits the minimum sentencing (15yrs) that you noted but I don't believe it carries a life sentence, Capital or first degree holds a life sentence or death in the states that support it, 2nd degree holds a life sentence with usually a minimum of 25yrs.

Im not exactly sure what your referring to, do you mean can you delete the court cases if so then yes I believe you can when you review them. I don't use this mod I use Computer Plus still so I would have to refer you to the read me of the CompuLite download the creator is very detailed.

Ok went thru and shortened up a lot of titles so that there shouldn't be a overlapping problem now, if I missed any let me know

I switch my search browser and it solved the issue for me, try that first maybe same issue
