Its mask #12 in EUP Hey not sure what's causing that but I don't think its an issue with my file. I've never seen that happen before wish I could tell you why it happened. Sorry for the slow reply. Do you use the early access of the new eup by any chance? Because I know certain uniforms dont transfer over right with that.

Hey bud I was planning on doing the fpiu and maybe a couple others as well as remaking the uniforms just haven't gotten to it. Haven't had my rhode island stuff in my game in a few months but I'll prob go back to them soon. -

That belt is released in all my uniform packs but it is old news now. I don't even use it anymore. I'd suggest the eup belt and mic replacements by @CodeyWynne- 158 comments

Are you asking how to change the uniform pieces around from the regular preset eup outfits or are you asking how to make custom uniforms (different colors, badges, departments, etc) ? To save your own preset outfits in the eup menu go to wardrobe then create outfit. If your looking to make your own custom uniforms you have to make them from scratch with a photo editing program (photoshop, gimp, paint, etc.) . -

Nothing has changed with the download in weeks so it sounds like its prob an issue on your end or possibly with the site? Dont think theres anything I can do on my end about it though. I would try closing your internet browser then open it back up and try the download again.
