There is a big disclaimer at the top of the download page, I have also answered this question several times in the comments right above yours. The file is outdated after EUP / LSPDFR updates I am working on updating it now.

Thanks man just finished up the winter jackets too. Almost done with updating all the old existing outfits then I'll be adding new outfits to the pack from there.

Yup everyone can join my discord If you want to follow my progress. The pack will include even more uniforms this time around as well as reworked versions of some of the old pieces. I am also including 3d mapped versions of all models for 3d patches etc.

I can do a medic skin. Maybe for one of the detective vests from eup 8 or the plain clothes vest from my pack rather than one of the bigger tactical style vests. I will add it to my list thats a good option I haven't really seen anywhere else. Thanks for the suggestion!

Do you mean the easiest way back to eup 7.5? I'll send you a pm then I can help you get the 7.5 documentation for my vest pack because its my only pack already updated with 8.0 info right now so you will need the 7.5 install info if you revert.

Hey man they changed the location of the eup folder in the 8.0 update as well as some clothing pieces. Thats why some install locations werent there and the preset outfits look wrong. Im working on updates for it now. If you know what your doing with eup/ openiv you may still be able to get it to work but the instructions and locations (and maybe some files) are outdated right now while I work on getting the pack updated. Sorry but bear with me they will be back soon and better than before.

I will put them on my list! A lot of people use LAPD replacements for LSPD and LA Sheriffs for Los Santos County so that's a good idea. I will be adding more us marshal, fbi, etc so I suppose I could expand into some of the more commonly used real LA departments as well. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hey it's most likely an issue with compatibility between my pack and new eup 8.0. I'm working on updating when I have time just been busy.

Seems like even tho the plain clothes vest isnt in the eup folder somehow eup 8.0 replaces the model with a different vest. The model is different thats why the textures arent working right on it. I'll work on a fix for it and try to make it so both vest models are available. In the meantime if you want to shoot me a message here or on discord I can get it working for you now.

The issue is that the old wardrobe files for eup 7.5 dont work on eup 8.0 because the location and clothes in 8.0 is different. I will be updating for eup 8.0 when I can just been busy with work / life.

Use the install readme files. The install is exactly the same as 7.5 nothing is more difficult. The readme file lists the install locations for 8.0 as well as the same step by step instructions for installing the skins. I will change the name of the folder in the download when I get a chance to avoid more confusion like this. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

The file is fine its most likely your internet browser having a download issue. Its not downloading the file correctly and basically saying its corrupt when you try to open it. I've messaged you back on discord with some solutions for you.
