Yeah with the rate this game is going, it seems it will be even more massive than IV!! Hopefully they do a better job with V though because even my computer struggles with IV. It runs Arma 2 better than IV lol!

Computer running to slow has to do with graphics. Sometimes, you have to crank em down to low. For example, I can roll with almost all HD settings on SP. But in MP I run with medium settings to be safe!

Your ENB's seemed to work just fine before...(at least according to your videos). Did you try reverting to an ENB you know for sure used to work? It could be one of GTA's quirky ways when it just decides to screw something up lol.

Yeah. On top of that unless you have proper certifications you can get into legal issues. I assume most people dont want to get into legal issues!

Try using teamspeak. Not sure what the skype issue is but Teamspeak is a super easy way to do it(see my vids and others). TS puts their voices in automatically/the recorder picks it up. Not sure which one lol

Cops shoot whatever and whoever they want and call it "self defense" Just look at long beach last year. Shot I guy over 20 times for holding a garden hose nozel. I tried cyberlink and couldnt even get the video in. (Might have been the fact I was using something jack sparrow like ) But yeah. Movie Maker does the trick. I use fraps in 720 mode and then I bump up the frames in movie maker.

I have found that simply setting firewalls to "allow" never has worked for me. I just completely turn it off when I am on GTA. I wont be running anything other than that anyways during that time. Afterwards, I turn it back on!

You have probably already heard of this, but try checking your NAT type, make sure ALL firewalls are turned off. If neither works, maybe try port forwarding but research first so you dont f anything up lol. PM me if you need more help/wanna play MP with myself and A51D! Best of luck bud!
