Just spent a little bit of time on it. Using PFC's liberty and it works a million times better!!! I have them setup the way you want, just need to UV map a few more cells. Then will start avengers. I am trying to get this done before I beging studying for finals!

Its not letting me pull up the correct file for mapping.

I am having an issue with my current Liberty. I am going to download a different one and try that one. If all goes well, I may have it ready to test tomorrow, and ready to give to you on Saturday!!

It makes sense now. Is it cool if I use a regular two celled avenger or does it have to be single?

Go into visual settings.dat find the line that says something like otherlightsemissive or something like that(someone please give more details as I am not on my PC and do not know specifics) and change it from like 80 to like 145 or 200 depending on how bloomy you want stuff!

Car is complete but ATM I am having serious mapping problems so it may be a while!!

Vehicle 50% done. I have Whelen Liberty in place and two rear facing avengers. Not sure what pushbar you want and I still need to do front facing avenger and grill lights. More details please!!

For cops, use the ^^^^ and go to options>Page 1 choose Never Wanted. Also, choose unlock map and all that. Also, as he said, make sure to disable trainer keys>options>page1>Enable/Disable Keys. Or youll spawn a helicopter when you want to open the els menu Good Luck, beckugan1

Just to eliminate some more factors: Are you updated to 1.0.7.0??? Is the car showing lights? You just cant toggle them??? like theyre frozen(only 1 or2). And does ELS work when you press J K L or nothing from ELS at all?? Make sure youre at 1.0.7.0 and have installed the files that come with LCPDFR(like dsound and script). Try the mapping thing. Try reinstalling ELS. (My ELS didnt work because I didnt update to 1.0.7.0 first time I played gta on PC) GOOD LUCK!
