Just like @rabbit1988 said, you should have checked first what Computer+ version you're using. if you're using LSPDFR 0.4, make sure to download and install Computer+ v1.4.1.1 if you're using LSPDFR 0.3, make sure to download and install Computer+ v1.4.1.0

what version of computer+ do you have? make sure you have version 1.4.1.1 which is compatible with LSPDFR 0.4 or if you play LSPDFR 0.3 use a version before that

try to rollback to your previous nVidia driver if you still have it. i got the same issue (blurry flickers) a few weeks ago after i updated my nVidia drivers. then i rolled back using the old one, and everything's fine now. i'm using this driver now: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/geforce-419-35-whql-driver-download.html

LSPDFR 0.3 still works as long as you are also using plugins for 0.3 most of 0.4 plugins will not work on LSPDFR 0.3 because of the API differences. if GTA gets updated, most probably it will still work as long as RPH supports it. but i recommend to backup your current GTA files, hence when the new patch release, you can always rollback your installation using old GTA patch

that would be suffice. also, please compare the price and specs with other PC retailer (e.g. ibuypower, cyberpowerpc) you might get better specs with the same budget

AM will drag down around 5-10FPS in my past experience. your fps improvement was expected. stop the ped can also call multiple prisoner transport. you can do it through police smart radio. if the parameters are already in that file, you just need to replace the value. and then just add the ones which are not there.

set the population density on GTA V graphic settings. or you can install a certain gameconfig and select the one which will give you lower traffic try this one https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars

for LSPDFR, i recommend using 4 cores CPU (minimum)... 8 cores would be perfect. other than that, you will also need DDR4 RAM. RAM slower than that will affect on performanc

just an addition, try to also set this to improve performance: WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0.0f WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0 i know.. there'll be no ambient, but i can live with that since i gained 5-10FPS by disabling ambients. also set this if your FPS drops or fluctuates significantly during pursuit Chase.DisableAmbientAI = True

try to install "Vehicle damage" mod... the pursuit vehicle will sustain realistic damage when ramming other vehicles which increase the possibility for the suspect to surrender.. in my opinion it will make the pursuit more realistic

if GTA V crash, can you run vanilla GTA V directly without RPH? BTW. I think you should post this in LSPDFR support forum.

i think it was removed because unrealistic. usually cops ask the driver to shutdown the vehicle verbally exposing cop's arm into a vehicle to reach for the key is very risky and dangerous act, IMHO
