Here's another release by request from a couple people, loosely based off my department with a couple personal touches. I am really proud of how well these turned out, I hope y'all enjoy!

These are the cars my department uses, this pack will likely not be expanded upon unless I chose do recreate our decals that are currently on our new cars. They are pretty different from the current ones so I make no promises that it will happen but stranger things have happened.

Port Authority Police Department Sergeant Al DeVona issues orders to evacuate the Twin Towers. One minute later, evacuation orders are extended for all civilians in the World Trade Center Complex.

The second plane crashes. United Flight 175 strikes the South Tower on floors 77-85. Two of the three emergency stairwells are rendered impassible and most elevator cables in the area are severed by the crash, trapping many on floors above the impact and in elevators.
 
9:05 a.m.
President George W. Bush is alerted to the second crash into the South Tower of the World Trade Center.
 
9:08 a.m.
FAA bans all takeoffs for flights nationwide which were either going to or passing through its New York Center airspace.
 
9:12 a.m.
Flight attendant Renee A. May and passenger Barbara K. Olson aboard Flight 77 call family members and alert them to the hijacking. Their family members alert American Airlines and federal officials.
 
9:21 a.m.
All bridges and tunnels into Manhattan are closed.
 
9:24 a.m.
FAA notifies NORAD of suspected hijacking of American Airlines Flight 77.9:26 a.m.FAA bans takeoffs of all civilian aircraft.
 
9:31 a.m.
From Florida, President George Bush calls the crashes an “apparent terrorist attack on our country.” He and his staff leave the elementary school and begin traveling back to Washington.

The third plane crashes. American Airlines Flight 77 crashes into the western face of the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia.
 
9:45 a.m.
FAA grounds all flights, ordering all aircraft to land at nearest airport as soon as practical. More than 4,500 aircraft are in air at the time.
 
9:45 a.m.
The U.S. Capitol and White House’s West Wing begin evacuating. The U.S. House of Representatives and Senate are in session.
 
9:58 a.m.
Flight 93 passenger Edward P. Felt is able to hide in a bathroom and make a phone call to 911.
 
*9:59 a.m.*
After burning for 56 minutes, the South Tower of the World Trade Center collapses. The collapse takes a shocking 10 seconds. More than 800 civilians and first responders are killed.
 
*10:03 a.m. (approximately)*
The fourth plane crashes. Heroic crew members and passengers of United Flight 93 storm the cockpit, forcing the hijackers to crash the plane into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, at a location just 20 minutes’ flying time from Washington D.C. The 9/11 Commission Report determined that this plane was likely headed for Washington D.C. or the White House.

A damaged section of the Pentagon E Ring, a west-facing outer ring, collapses.
 
*10:28 a.m.*
After burning for 102 minutes, the North Tower of the World Trade Center collapses. More than 1,600 civilians and first responders are killed.

New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani orders evacuation of lower Manhattan.
 
1:04 p.m.
President George W. Bush, at Barksdale Air Force base in Louisiana, announces that the U.S. military is on high alert worldwide.
 
2:51 p.m.
The U.S. Navy dispatches missile destroyers to New York and Washington.
 
3:07 p.m.
President George W. Bush arrives at Strategic Command at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska.
 
*5:25 p.m.*
After burning for hours, the empty 47-story 7 World Trade Center collapses.
 
8:30 p.m.
President George Bush addresses the Nation from the White House

NOTE: This is specifically for the 2018 Dodge Charger, no further modifications will be made and I will not be creating any other variations of this for any other models.
 
 
Officer Anthony Dia was shot and killed after responding to a disturbance at a department store. The subject was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. When Officer Dia attempted to make contact with the individual, the subject produced a pistol and opened fire, striking Officer Dia in the chest. Officer Dia returned fire and called for assistance. The subject fled into a nearby wooded area where he committed suicide. Witnesses attempted to provide medical aid to Officer Dia until another responding officer arrived on scene and transported him to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Officer Anthony Dia had served with the Toledo Police Department for 4 years prior to the incident. He leaves behind a wife and two sons.
 
Rest easy Officer Anthony Dia, your service will never be forgotten.

With Halloween being my favorite holiday I decided to make something cool so here it is! This small pack was designed for the three vehicles that I use in game and I really like how they turned out.

I don't plan on making any more of these unless I decide to put some new cars in, what you see is what you get.

These were created based off of the templates I had that fit the vehicles in my game, they don't fit every variant so if you have something you don't want to lose then back it up. I'm not going to help you when you replace something you have only to find out it doesn't fit your specific car so use common sense, back up your decals.
 
Terms of use and credits ARE INCLUDED IN THE DOWNLOAD so do not ask for them. 
 
As a side note: The decals are supposed to be a darker purple, this will be fixed when I have the time and patience to do so.

Just like all my previous releases I cannot promise that these will work for every version of the same model as some of them use different templates because why make it things that easy? I do plan to make these same graphics for different agencies (Paleto Bay, Los Santos, Sandy Shores, etc.) in the hopefully not-so-distant future so keep that in mind. You may use these in any servers because I know people are going to do it anyway, the only thing I ask is that you give credit where credit is due. Your love for your family and your work always showed. You always put everything into your job, even when it meant it would cost you everything. You are truly and inspiration to each and every one of us. You've served your Country and the State of Illinois well Trooper and you will never be forgotten. 10-42, rest easy brother. We've got it from here...
 
These decals were created to honor a fallen State Trooper who gave his life to save others. Trooper Ellis observed a wrong-way driver heading towards another car on the road, so he put himself in harms way and drove into the wrong way driver head on. Both Trooper Ellis and the driver were killed. He gave his life so that others could live. He answered the call. He will forever be remembered as a Hero.

Like all of my decals, these are subject to change if I see fit and I may also create decals for vehicles of my choice if I use them for my Sheriff units, but there are no promises that something will be done. That being said, don't hesitate to let me know of any issues you find in the comments and I will work to fix them. Note there are a few small bugs with the lettering placement on the backs of some of the vehicles and the license plates are a little too subdued which makes them difficult to see, I plan to fix these in the future but as of now I am just enjoying these graphics as they are for the time being. As always if y'all like the graphics, let others know by leaving a comment or review!

My newest project is finally complete. These models are similar to a pack I've released in the past (hence the "2.0" in names), however these models have a much cleaner, more legitimate look to them. As of now the pack consists of 4 models that I use for my citywide patrols:

As usual these decals have worked for most of the models that I have tested them on while making some adjustments on my fleet but I can't guarantee that they are going to work for every model so if you have decals that you are particularly fond of MAKE BACK UPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As of now these models do not have license plates, that is not subject to change unless I go through to create the decals for the other vehicles so know that I am aware and that is intentional. After working a few things in a previous pack I figured rather than re-releasing a pack with major changes from the initial update it was only fair that these graphics got their own spotlight, so introducing my latest project, the Los Santos PD Megapack! This pack is loosely based off of a local department in Illinois with a few of my own personal additions to it. Some interesting features to this pack are the Blue Line license plate, The Punisher skull on the back of every vehicle, and the Blue Line behind "Police" on each vehicle. This pack features graphics for the following vehicles:
 
* 2013 Chevy Caprice
* 2018 Chevy Tahoe
* 2014 Dodge Charger
* 2016 Dodge Charger (2 variations)
* 2011 Crown Victoria
* 2013 Ford Explorer
* 2016 Ford Explorer
* 2015 Ford Taurus
 
These are currently the vehicles that I use in game with exception for the Caprice so these will be the only graphics that I will be creating. Like my other designs, I have tested them on a selection of models and the graphics have worked for virtually everything (except for the charger, hence the second variation), however there are always exceptions so MAKE BACKUPS of any decals that you may be using now that you do not want to lose. This is probably my favorite creation so I hope you all enjoy!
