ELS Lore Friendly Vehicles
Would you compromise for DLS? If so, here's a megapack with a bunch of configs for lore-friendly vehicles, couple of links are dead but the best ones are still there! EDIT: DLS is NOT compatible with ELS and is an alternative. If you wish to stick to ELS, disregard or just keep this in mind 🙂

EUPFR Policing Redefined Configurations
Sounds great! I'll see if I can integrate it and other mods for my own personal use but I would definitely love to see it in a future update.

OnDuty not working for Blaine County?
Open agency_eup.txt in Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data\custom, find the Blaine County Sheriff's Office agency section, and replace these lines with the ones following it: <TextureDictionary>rde_bcso</TextureDictionary> <TextureName>rde_bcso</TextureName> with <TextureDictionary>dia_police</TextureDictionary> <TextureName>dia_police</TextureName>

[ELS] LAPD FPIS Mini-Pack
Hey, love the mini-pack! I've noticed a minor bug, the front windshield is not destructible from the outside, however, if you shoot from within the car it is damaged and can be further damaged even when outside the car. I don't know if this is a limitation or what not but I thought I'd just give a heads-up.

EUP VEST&EARPIECE
Can someone make a guide for the mpclothes method? I can't seem to understand it. EDIT: Figured it out. From mpclothes mod page on GTA5Mods: 1.Paste mpclothes folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks 2.Open dlclist.meta in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data 3.Add dlcpacks:/mpclothes/ entry 4.Add your clothing models to the folders, following the same naming conventions as in the example. To add glasses and hats, make a folder mp_m_freemode_01_p_mp_m_clothes_01 or mp_f_freemode_01_p_mp_f_clothes_01 and paste the files there. Paste the clothes/vests into the clothes folder already created within. Create the new folders mentioned above for props e.g. hats, glasses and then paste those items in. Make sure dlcpacks:/mpclothes/ is within dlclist.meta Launch up and you're good to go! EDIT 2: Images below of main folder and what's contained in the clothes and props folder respectively

Cant put Arrested guys in my Car
I know this sounds basic, but you must HOLD E to put them back from what I've played. If this doesn't work, I'd recommend reinstalling LSPDFR.

in search of a proper badge
Hey man, I can't really help you with that but do you mind sharing the models with me? I've also been looking for one endlessly. If not that's ok and I understand! Thanks in advance!

0.4.1 Stable List (with links, authors & video demos)
Hey, so I've been testing only the plugins and LSPDFR stuff and not anything that goes into the mod folder as I seem to always get a corrupted files error so I am working to fix that. I always spawn in fine and only when I finish selecting my character and my clothes, loadout etc LSPDFR crashes as soon as I go on duty. All the plugins seem to load fine from what I can see. Can you please help me make sense of the RPH log? RagePluginHook.log

Jurisdictions
What I personally did is replaced all the RDE vehicles with ELS ones, they will still respond normally and behave in jurisdictions (for me they did), or you can wait for 0.4.

Van mounts curb in Toronto, CA and struck 10
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-43883052 Updated article. I would like to point out that no political or ideological motive was behind this attack. The suspect Alek Minassian posted this on his facebook: "The Incel Rebellion has already begun! We will overthrow all the Chads and Stacys! All hail the Supreme Gentleman Elliot Rodger!" ("Chads and Stacys" refers to attractive men and women who are perceived as better than or unavailable to "incels", which is short for "involuntary celibate".) The term "incel" refers to a now-banned group on Reddit where young men discussed their lack of sexual activity and attractiveness to women - often blaming women for the problem. He also posted: "Private (Recruit) Minassian Infantry 00010, wishing to speak to Sgt 4chan please. C23249161." It seems that the motive was actually sexual frustration and possibly some sort of psychological condition. I hope all those that died Rest in Peace, for this was not acceptable because you didn't get laid.

Van mounts curb in Toronto, CA and struck 10
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-43873804 Up to 10 pedestrians have been struck by a van that witnesses said mounted the curb in Toronto, say police. The vehicle fled the scene after the incident at a busy intersection in the north of the Canadian city, police say. The van was located several blocks away, and the driver was taken into custody, according to local media. It is unclear exactly how many people have been hurt or the extent of their injuries. Police have asked the public to avoid the area. The incident happened at Yonge Street and Finch Avenue at 13:30 local time (17:30 GMT) on Monday. The crime scene encompassed a 2km (1.24 mile) stretch of Yonge Street. Nearby subway services have been halted. Pictures apparently taken at the scene show police armed with rifles and paramedics treating injured people. One orange bag, which appears to contain a body, is seen being loaded on to an ambulance. Toronto police spokeswoman Jenifferjit Sidhu told CBC News that the vehicle was stopped by police. No description was given of the driver, including name, age, gender, or possible motive. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told reporters: "Obviously we're just learning of the situation in Toronto. My thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of those struck by the van. No conclusions have been drawn yet, no motive or description of the suspect. Truly a terrible day for Toronto.

Houston officer kills unarmed man walking w/ trousers down
I can sympathise with the point you are making but like some have already done I would refer you to these 2 videos: http://abcnews.go.com/US/police-trained-shoot-wound-experts/story?id=40402933 https://www.fox25boston.com/news/heres-why-police-dont-shoot-to-wound-in-the-case-of-deadly-force/448470469 That shooting however was unjustified and out of department policy after a review: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5644337/Houston-sheriffs-deputy-fatally-shot-unarmed-black-man-fired.html "A Texas sheriff has fired a deputy who fatally shot an unarmed black man during a confrontation in Houston. Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez announced Friday that Deputy Cameron Brewer, who is black, was being fired for failure to follow the department's use-of-force policy in the March 22 fatal shooting of 34-year-old Danny Ray Thomas. In doing so, Brewer chose not to use his Taser first in an effort to subdue Thomas. Thomas was shot dead in a confrontation captured on police and civilian video. Thomas had his pants around his ankles and was unarmed as he advanced toward Brewer, despite warnings to stop."

Strikes in Syria
I hate how Western governments have a shoot first, ask questions later attitude. This was reckless, Russian troops in Syria only further complicates this. Guess we haven't learned from our mistakes in Iraq 2003, what WMDs did we seize again? Welcome to the Cold War 2.0.
