In zmod you need to move the light materials all the way up but right before Default Material in the Material Browser. Otherwise the glass will cover up the lights
 
The materials may be named differently but its always a vehicle_lightemissive type and its usually says emergency lights, dashlights etc.

Google "Ford Mustang SSP" and you will find so many documents on restoring these 1990 police cars. It has turned into a hobby for many hobbiests.
 
As for the one active, it is rumored they still exists on active duty (the CHP might still use them as EVOC training vehicles). The Nebraska State Police might still have one that is untouched.

I pretty much had to do it since day 1 of GTA V 😛
 
Also Windows is becoming a big ass dumpster fire in general.

I've never had to do it before but seems like a lot of people have it that way already!

More changes were made including swapping the LED TA with an older FedSig SignalMaster and adding a bobbling long antenna. 

If you need any up close pics I got a 91 GT in real life.

If this ends up as Non-ELS. I'm legitimately going to throw a party. My parents owned one from 1988 to 1998 and it is probably what bought my love for the SSP variant. Such beautiful machines it's a shame ours is gone.

Why we didn't have a 1993 Mustang for LSPDFR community? Well we will soon!
 
Since 1982 the CHP has requested Ford to produce cop cars capable of chasing high-performance cars. Ford's answer was the Special Service Package of the 1980-1990s 5.0 Mustang. 
 
Eventually other state troopers followed suite including the Florida Highway Patrol and the Alabama State Trooper. 
 

 
Now its being restored for the LSPDFR community to enjoy some high-speed pursuits! 😉
Altho I couldn't actually find a good model as the SSP variant. So the civilian Foxbody version will have to do :P.

Just thought I'd mention the problem is due to a bad cache on our end; basically the file has been updated on our system but old information is showing, so when this is fixed you won't have to update the file again.

Today I noticed that the recorded downloads for my plugin:
 
is displaying on the page that it has 1,512 downloads but when I link it like above, it shows the correct ~3,500 downloads the file has. Also, since I have uploaded a new version, the main file page does not say it is undergoing review and has not updated to display 1.5.2 as the newest version, even though the changelog says it has been updated.

Also, I had edited and updated the main description of the file and those changes didn't seem to go through either, and now it appears the edit function has disappeared as seen above. Idk what's happening, I also tried using another browser/incognito mode

Yup, that's definitely being caused on our end. I know what's causing it and I'll post here when it's sorted.

I mean the only reason I would possible see as a cop is if the firefighter's car is unmarked and this takes place either in State of New York or New Mexico, where police also uses red and white lights.

I'm excited to start working on a brand new vehicle pack codename Project Overhaul. 
 
Project Overhaul will be an LSPD pack that will overhaul my previous GTA SA vehicle mods into GTA V (specifically the vehicle's livery that was based off The Crew).

 
While the liveries will be made from GTA SA to V, many other things including parts and lightbars will be configured manually. The lightbars used will feature Valor and Vector lightbars. Cars with Vector lightbars will also be equipped with TPS arrowboards. So far I have tested the arrowboard feature and the rotation has worked nicely so far. 
 


 
I'm hoping to start this project after the release of the Retro RCMP CrownVic pack (which will be released sometime this month). Lemme know your thoughts and any suggestions would be awesome as well!
