Hey mustangpauli, it is definitely the Simple Trainer causing this issue as I had this happen to me. What you need to do is open up the trainer customisation file within the GTA V directory and within that file you can see which key triggers what action from the trainer. I simply referred to the mapping within that file (which 'code' refers to which key'), found the command which was triggered by the page up key and deleted the corresponding code so that it's blank and that solved it for me.

It didn't start because it downloaded an update.
What happens when you launch it again?

. First, go where you have installed GTA.

2. Find "gtavlauncher.exe" and right click it and click "create shortcut."

3. On the shortcut, right click and hit proprieties, now you have to add -verify after your directory. Use the picture below as an example. Make sure you don't delete any quotes. (Note: Blacked out part for privacy reasons.)


4. Click apply, then hit the shortcut and the verify will start!

Exception message: Cannot load an invalid weapon asset. The game can't load all weapon files. You need to restore all weapon files to Default.

I was going to suggest a Donater Badge underneath the name of the user. Thoughts? Also, I can't find the donation page for lspdfr anywhere on the site. Is it hidden? I have to google search it : lspdfr donate https://www.lcpdfr.com/donate/

Contact the VisualV Author or figure out a way to install it manually.
The latest version of gta 5 is unsupported by visualV

Wow, never heard of this. Pressing the ESC button does nothing at all?
Try restarting your computer?
Do you play with a controller?
The only thing I recommend is restarting with a brand new mods folder if disabling it fixed your issue.

You have the vehicles xml files in \Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default right?

You have a ton of plugins. You need to increase the plugin timeout time. 
Open Rage settings(Hold Left shift for a few seconds after clicking rage)
General>Plugin Timeout threshold change it to 20000
save and launch

In openIV>Tools>Asi Manager Uninstall all 3 things and reinstall them again. Restart your pc. Try that out.

When exactly do you crash? Do you play with a mods/scripts folder?

Is your game pirated?
Its the rockstar edition?

That is normal. Going on duty requires a lot of power from your computer's processor and graphics card.
You can try to reduce lag by removing plugins. 
 

are you Pressing E or Holding E? You need to press It once.
whats up with ur vanilla sheriff 2?

Launch the game in forced windowed mode

Do you play with a mods folder?

Rename it to mods_
Try again.
 
Did you fix your issue

Wrong location. 
Copy over a patchday folder into mods. Please use patchday19.
So put the police files here
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday19ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

backup.xml
Put this in Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr
and replace it. Try calling a backup unit.

Rename your mods folder to mods_
 

Go to Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\
and copy over the patchday

My backup xml isn't modified at all. It's completely stock. 

Since disabling your mods folder fixes the issue, then I highly suggest you try and remember what you installed. Go through all your downloads. I have no idea what mod can cause this, it makes no sense. 
Restarting your mods folder from scratch is a last resort if You can't figure it out. 

If the backup I provided fixes his issue, we would know it's an invalid ped or vehicle model and we would continue by asking him to spawn each backup unit 10 seconds apart give or take and see which unit crashes. 
 
His backup.xml could contain triple the amount of text for all we know and reading a backup.xml would be impossible to find an error because you don't know what model is corrupt or if he has any custom models.

I would turn off preload models, upload your backup.xml so we may read it, and please tell us what unit spawned you are crashing at. 
As well as do you play with a mods folder. Please do all of the above.
